- Former chief Brexit negotiator Lord Frost says Reform UK are "a very big challenge" to the Tories.
"Their manifesto was, in my view, a pretty sound conservative manifesto."
Lord Frost and Julia Hartley-Brewer also discuss the potential candidates for the Conservative Party leadership election, including Kemi Badenoch, Priti Patel, Suella Braverman, and Robert Jenrick.
Lord Frost also tells Julia Hartley-Brewer that Labour can't be trusted on Brexit.
"We can't trust them at all, it's obvious they want to rejoin."

I think Frost would make a competent leader as he was excellent for Brexit negotiations, just a shame he had a the lack of support from The Cabinet.. At least he’s a professional unlike most of the wazzock MPs. Since the Tories wasted my last vote, I voted Reform this time but hoped they would get more seats.

Labour don't understand growth... what they did last time was borrow / print a ton of money. Given we're in a period of high inflation and massive borrowing already they won't be able to repeat that trick this time. They'll have to grow the economy dramatically without resorting to Keynesian economics.
About time there was a second choice conservative party to dilute the voter base. The left and centre have had this for ages already, and tories undoubtedly have won seats in the past due to that advantage of non dilution.
