As a gay man raised in a Christian household, one of my favorite phrases ever is " I just was raised in a pressure cooker for no reason, God just put me in it.” like it dealt me psychic damage just hearing that

I love how Ally's inspiring speaches are barely in reference to to other players and are just kinda check-ins

My favourite inspiring speech was from Sophomore Year where she was like "Some of us have made mistakes, but I guess we don't wanna talk about that..." and Sandralynn was all "What's your point, Kristen?" I died at that, the entire speech just made everyone feel like shit.

I loved Kristen's speeches! It was hilarious seeing Kristen slowly spiraling through her crisis in faith in the first three speeches. Then it was sweet that Kristen decided to believe in her friends by the end.

mood but also they were super new at the beginning of fantasy high (i think it was even their first time or at least second time playing dnd)

The fact that the combined run time of all these speeches is less than the time the feat says for the speech tells a lot
I'm guessing it's supposed to last for 10 minutes, in which case it illustrates just how long listening to one person for 10 minutes is. It's really difficult to keep people engaged for that length of time, especially when you're not conveying any new information?
Do you know which book this is from and what its precise name is? I tried searching for it online but couldn't find it.

I adore everyone's extremely in character reaction in the hand-holding prayer in the first speech - Gorgug is super into it and vibing just as much as he later vibes with Kristen talking about masturbating, Adaine is like "what's going on I don't believe in this and I'm mildly uncomfortable", Fabian is just resigned like "okay I guess this is happening", Riz is tense as hell, and Fig is legitimately cool about the situation.
And also as a certified Grew-Up-In-A-Christian-Home girl, one of Ally's greatest comedic choices in d20 was adding the ever-present "thank you for this day and thank you for this food" 😂

Kristin, the character ally is playing uses she/her pronouns and Emily was talking as fig, the character Emily plays so it wasn’t misgendering it was just them all playing characters because “fig”/Emily was referring to Kristin as “she is standing on the table”
