Beautiful transformation. Working out the apex was excellent, as not only it created a balance arrangement, it cleverly hid the reverse taper of the trunk. Super!!
Nice work on that Larch Corin, you make it look easy ! By the way did no one else notice that cool spider climbing the trunk at 13:40 hahaha awesome !!!
What a beautiful tree once you had worked your magic , loved the carved bits and the wiring of pads . Looking forward to seeing it re potted and with some new growth , really interesting watch as always!!
Totally amazing, to see how something, that looked like a bush, that's been accidentally hit by a push-mower turns into a mighty looking and dramatic tree.
Lovely to see the larch shaping up. Are they easy to air layer. Thanks for the chat the other day about mountain bikes and the pots you sold me. Regards Adam.
Hats off to you Corin,Great work, please bringing videos like. I like to see group planting of Larches on the stone Slate. Do you sell your Bonsai and pots
Excellent trim/design for this tree. You did it quickly, all the while explaining what and why you did things. It should be a real stunner in x# of years. Updates please.
I’d love to see some follow up on this tree as it goes into the next growth! I have a few larches in training and These videos are great to get ideas for their development!
Like the fact you stay vocal as you’re going through your pruning thinking process. Thanks for the vid!

Great transformation. The previous owner did a good job building the structure. Do you remove cones when they form or leave them on?
Fantastic have you got this material in stock please am thinking of making a forest
👌👌👌
This larch looks very much like the tree in the back of the photo on page 6 of The bonsai year book of your dad. Is it?
Hey I’ve got a question, what is the best soil for a Norway spruce to be planted in?
conifers usually enjoy a 1/1/1 mix, very standard stuff. Ofc, soil relies on your personal climate but 1/1/1 mix works well in most places really
That spider at 13:41.
