That’s valid. Because of the coldness of the ice cream it prevents that but if it were to sit for any period that would occur. My first experience with pineapple and ice cream was in Manila. They have an incredible ice cream brand called Magnolia. The ice cream desserts are amazing and all mixed with beautiful arrangements of fruit like Mango Coconut etc.
