I normally use a lot of hand gestures while speaking, but yesterday, one of my relatives pointed out one of my hand gestures slightly mockingly, and since then, I have been feeling conscious of my hands. Soo I'm not a guide, but this video was really helpful!
Finally a video with ACTUAL INSTRUCTIONS!! Every other video is like 'just practice doing it naturally like a normal conversation.' I don't do it in a normal conversation, I don't know how to and that's why I was looking for a video.
I really appreciate your vast knowledge and experiences on being a better tour guide, i do hope to see you in my dear country Iran and having visits with your hounarable guests of our monumental historic sites. thanks for sharing 🙏🙏
Woohoo! This is the sixth video on hand gestures that I tried to watch tonight, and in my opinion this one's the best. Thanks for your helpful work, sir! Your style is admirable.

I watch a lot of RUclips videos to learn new things. mind you I'm an artist so most people I watch are doing something creative with their hands. But I am really triggered and find it extremely distracting when a person is just standing still and talking or sharing knowledge on RUclips and their hands are flapping all over the place. I find it extremely distracting.
Relax, dude. You're using way too many hand gestures, which is kind of ironic. Having your hands in constant motion is very distracting. Use them sparingly to emphasize a point.
How about if your topic is really interesting you do not need to do, every other second, hand gestures and body signs. This is repetitive and tiresome watching someone who obviously is obeying a prompt to make a hand gesture. Maybe you should liven up your talk.
I do not agree with these people when they talk constantly moving their hands it's just over done I'm sorry I don't like it I think it's stupid it's very annoying all the young people on RUclips are doing this and it just looks hideous

I feel like my hands gesture doesn't match my thinking. So I don't do it. It worst when they look at my hands when I used them. How should I do this?

Dean Martin is the greatest
Remember that if you're chopping a timeline, for instance, that your audience is experiencing left/right the opposite of you.
...unless you're in a video.
I believe people who talks with their hands has so much confident and opposite that people don't. I don't. And it's ruin my life
Only use your hands if you are using sign language.
