i loved this video because it has genuine advice that i don't see in many videos. A lot of work out or weigh losing videos always and only talk about, quick fast intense burning workouts and only green, no sugar, etc. It's really frustrating because i know it's not only about that (I believe it's all about balance). Yet nobody had really made a video agreeing or talking about it... until i stumbled across your video!! It's a short pleasant video that i do believe helps with one's self encouragement and mindset. You said all that needed to be said in 9 minutes and 22 seconds that might take somebody else 40 minutes to an hour long video just for it to end in an advertisement of some sort. Really loved this video, thanks Morgan.

It actually does energise you. I mostly like to eat healthy, but I strongly believe in a balanced lifestyle. I also enjoy a beer most nights and a wine with dinner. I find it works for me,anyway.
Yes, life is short, I lost my mum when I was young, and dad passed last year. That's why my philosophy is what it is. Keep doing whatever makes yourself happy is key. 😊

I watched the whole video with full attention because it has just the right rhythm, otherwise I don't even have patience to watch this type of video more than 2 minutes
I get up at 05:45h and leave for work at 06:00h 🙈 i come home around 16:00h and i do 1 hour of cleaning and preparing for dinner every day before my boyfriend and son come home. Then i want to spend time with them and play with my son. I need to continue cooking in the Meanwhile aswell 😅 When my son goes to bed around 19h i am so exchausted that i usely go to bed around 20:30h 😅 i can't find the energy tot start working out 🥱 how do other mommy's do this?! 😖 PS: my son is 1,5 years 🥰
You seem pretty active already since you’re always moving around when you’re at work, cleaning, and playing with your son. If you want to work out more though maybe on your days off go on a run!
