People laugh just at the sight of her. Someone forgot to explain to them that women aren't funny. Why is snl cast like 75 percent women and lgbtq nowadays. It literally makes no sense, but helps explains why it's awful now.

That said, he’s virtually unheard of by the mainstream culture, so getting someone like Dafoe to play him would likely help introduce younger people to his music. Always glad to see these ensemble pieces that are often the main time some cast members will get on, like Melissa or Aristotle or Punkie. Aristotle is so good every time - hope we see more of him. And James Austin Johnson was so good here too. Great to see him getting to have laughs without the impressions.

Its a pretty generic depiction of a NYC tenant meeting, but to folks who aren't used to 100+ unit buildings Only Murders in the Buildings might simply be your reference point. (To be clear, by generic I only mean the premise, the comedy was good.)
