@SantiagoSernaAZ The middle boards actually are screwed only to each other, sandwiching the wire. They "float" and do not attach at top or bottom. Gravity keeps them squeezed between the top and bottom rails.
@Garrett Golden Yeah, I used horse panels and my buddy used cattle panels. One of his dogs did that but luckily he was there and ended up putting a board across it.

@JGCBReptiles I was truly concerned about this in the beginning, but it has only happened twice in more than 1.5 years. Maybe the tendency to jump out of the box has been bred out of this population? Lol

Lastly I conclude that u basically don't think Tom's dogs should even exist because no matter what he does it won't b good enough for u. You don't have the good dogs Tom does.

Dear sir, When is the last time you visited an animal shelter or dog pound? You should go check one out. Since I assume you make your living off of breeding and selling animals maybe you could do something to give back to those animals that are currently unwanted and in danger of being euthanized because of overpopulation and irresponsible humans. Now I want to be clear I don't necessarily think you're one of those irresponsible humans because frankly I don't know you. I do think that breeding a lot of dogs just adds more into a world that already has too many. There are some really beautiful dogs (and a lot of those are pits or pit mixes) who need homes. I'm sure a shelter could use a lovely donated kennel or two. Thanks for your time.

And nothing in this world is free even adopting cost some money, if I’m going to spend money I want a purebred working dog.
Gavin Gibson if you wanna see determination you should see my elderly rescue beagle going after anything edible, it is a sight to see. She will push my 65 pound mutt out of the way like he's nothing. You can get a rescue dog for under a hundred dollars easy (puppies would cost more than an adult dog), and if you look I'm sure you can find a dog suited to what you want. That leaves a lot of extra money for training. I would take a well trained mutt over a badly trained purebred anything any day. Temperament and affinity are not necessarily related to breed

Curious to know why you went with the $60 2x4 panels when you could have used the $20 6x8 cattle panels. The dogs cannot get out of the 6x8
Escape artist dogs can put there legs through the 6x8 panels and climb right out…

@lamariannemarc It is an occasional problem. For these dogs we attach large chunks of rubber over the chewed areas. The dogs chew this instead.

its a bit late but if you have a local tractor supply store or co op they are much cheaper but still cheaper than 300 plus for a kennel
