I can't believe I am watching a 2.5 hour video without getting tired. I enjoy it so much. Learning about Japanese dishes and the backstage of working as a chef 😮 It must be exhausting but it takes skill. I will always respect chefs and everybody helping them, working in synch.

I watched all the videos, but to be honest, there was something about Japan + Sushi that is delicious and that is wrong. If you study more, you will be able to make more delicious sushi.

昔はうちの近所にも、こういった丁寧な仕事する店があって、そこから良い出汁の香りが漂ってた。
でもスーパーなどに押されて、いつの間にやら消えてしまった。惜しい店だった。
