I lived in Okinawa for almost 7 years. I got to traveled all over Japan and tasted their delicious food. I miss even their convenience store food (a fast food type of food). Japanese food is truly a world treasure. Please travel to Japan. It’s one of the most amazing, cleanest, and and kindest country in the world.

I don't know how one man does it all: cleaning pots and pans, dishes, and silverware, food prep, food cooking, serving, busing tables. On the one hand he doesn't have to share his profit with employees. On the other hand this looks exhausting. He gets my total respect. He makes it look easy; like he has been doing this since birth!
had that in america I would eat there daily,wouldnt even ask for a menu,just supprise me with such clean food and raw ingrediants.I truely value what old tradition cooks from every country,not fast food.great video and thank you for showing the traditions of your culture.
Question ? I see you use real glass bowls and other dishes for to go orders..Do the customers return the bowls/dishes back to you at a later time? I wish you were not across the world and many many miles away! Not only would I love to try the food, the people are so very kind.

I watched all the videos, but to be honest, there was something about Japan + Sushi that is delicious and that is wrong. If you study more, you will be able to make more delicious sushi.
