家族で、何度か利用させて頂いておりますが、二代目及び、三代目には、顔を覚えて頂き、忙しい中、必ず席まで挨拶に来てくれる事、どんな事にも、徹底して貫くその姿勢、いつみても感服いたします。
そう簡単に出来る事ではないからこそ、この店の凄さが分かる。
最初のうどん屋さん、いくつかの飲食店で働いてきましたが、ここまで清潔にしている厨房に出会った事ありません。料理も丁寧に作られていて素晴らしいお店ですね。
清潔丁寧に尽きる。身内で固めた鉄壁の仕業。フランチャイズでは絶対作り出せない味。文句無し❤
