OR they didn't specifically call out Gygax and Arneson in the short Happy 50th video, because they knew they were dropping the video about the history of D&D the following week. The one you brought up. The person being interviewed in said video who was in fact the author of the book, and who never once said Gygax was a racist or a terrible person in that video. All that was said was that the brown box version wouldn't pass modern sensitivity reads.
