Make sure your plumbing is functioning properly like when showering does water drain properly? Filipinos do not bolt down toilets, when flushing does it leak? Water pressure. And make sure at night your are away from karaoke establishments.

Condo #5 is perfect! Nice layout, looks clean, lots of counter space with the microwave spot under the cupboards, and definitely the best view!
Nice condos. Only #9 actually has a 4 burner stove. Here in Hawaii, Honolulu, the condos like that is $1500-2000 per month.
Yeah Hawaii is a very expensive place to live. It's beautiful though.

Our bedroom is 450 ft². Those condos look nice but I'm not sure that we'd be very comfortable in something that small.
