Yes 🙌 I can attest 100%that you need to watch all the videos in order to fully comprehend Ms Taylor’s teachings.
Even if it doesn’t pertain to you NOW, !
I feel so smart and educated on the subject of menopause and later life !
So much so that NO body asks me anymore “ how are you ? “ because I’ll start talking all about my surgical menopause journey 😊

So far so good. No one on either side had alzheimers. My step uncle had it and gratefully passed from a heart attack less than five years after it progressively got worse.
Now, to do whatever I can to avoid non-genetic alzheimers

Dr. Taylor, have you heard of the recent study on higher risk of alzheimers in American Indian, Alaskan Natives and slightly lower, for Hispanic and persons of color. I found this interesting since my father died with alzheimers he was part American Indian. Thin, not over weight, very fit, construction worker all his life and non smoker. I have been trying to learn as much as possible. Thank you for your lessons and education on this subject.

    • @MenopauseTaylor

I have read that study. But remember, it didn't study YOU. So never put all your focus on one study. And never assume that any study tells the whole story.

I like to address all females as ladies including some animal friends. The charts are very helpful and I'm helping my.2 younger sisters to understand how genetics only play a part and don't have to rule our lives. Our mother's menopause experience was very different from mine so these awesome ladies understand how no 2 ladies are alike. I'm very happy to enjoy this video and to know practicing a healthy lifestyle is enough to redirect these unwanted genetics. My puppy is certainly a princess so I guess I have to be a Queen. Cool.Thank you

I am 58 postmenapausal 5 years and ran my own labs since I am thinking of taking BHRT. My estrogen and progesterone of course were low my FSH was 236 and LH was 136. When googling it states high FSH linked to Alzheimer’s disease, pituitary tumor, and ovarian cancer, should I. Be worried?

Yours is precisely the kind of thing for which I do one-on-one consultations. You definitely need one. I cannot tailor things specifically to you in a comment box. What foods can a vegan eat to obtain Omega 3 please? I take algae oil capsules but I think you said this is useless as a supplement?

    • @MenopauseTaylor

Vegan foods with the highest Omega 3 content include:
      Chia seeds
      Walnuts
      Flaxseeds
      Edamame
All Omega 3 supplements manufacturing destroys the Omega 3 in the manufacturing process.

Hi Dr.B, just wondering then, if menopausal women should be taking NSAIDS on a regular basis as a preventative measure against alzheimers?

    • @MenopauseTaylor

There is nothing that all menopausal women should do. This is something that you must individualize. Some women should and some should not.

Well you definitely are not watching my videos in order because video # 263 was on that precisely.
The one thing none of the proponents of fasting does is apply the information to MENOPAUSE. And that changes everything (because menopause makes you a completely different animal with completely different physiology).
If you aren't going to start with video #1 and watch my videos in order, you will be sabotaging your entire menopause education.
