Yeah, Magic Man and Crazy on You. Drummer is a beast. The guys in the band are also amazing. These ladies were very respected even amongst all the men in the rock industry and still are. They are legends.

The Wilson sister were early innovators who laid groundwork for hard rock and metal. Their power ballads were amazing. Ann Wilson was one of rock’s few female power vocalists and Nancy Wilson is a creative though often under appreciated guitarists who has written some of rock’s most well known and widely recognized riffs such as this one from Baracuda. I saw these gals, and Heart, back in 1977 in Seattle where they were from. So much talent. They fashioned themselves after Led Zeppelin. And actually became very close to them, and were friends with those guys. What a voice This gal had. There wasn't a hotter Band in the 70s . Maybe Fleetwood Mac. Thanks
I’m currently obsessed with both bands I was not born until 1988 so were they both accepted as the top female led bands in that time? I don’t see them compared often

These girls kick serious ass. Nancy Wilson is a terrific guitar player and has a beautiful voice. Her sister, Ann, has a voice that will break down walls. As hard as they rock, they also sing beautiful ballads like “Dog and Butterfly”

Love it!! Remember me and my sister in the back of my Mom's 82 Chevy conversion van that my Dad tricked out with the 4 captains chairs the rear bench seat with two 6x9's on the flap and you could turn the bench into a bed! Had 6x9's under the seats and tweeters all over the place. Had lights all over it, Mini blinds on the rear windows! That van screamed 70's and 80's! All the road trips to Florida, Boston, Cape Cod, and the Eastern Shore in that thing! It prolly be tacky looking now a days but back in the day that van was so awesome! Wish they never got rid of it! Lots of good memories with that van, with my dad drivin, hauling ass down the interstate jamming to this, ZZ Top, Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Black Sabbath, Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Who, Rollin Stones, Black Foot, and the list goes on! Love y'all, much love from Texas!
These sisters didn't mess around when it came to Rock. OGs and legendary females.... they showed the other girls and boys how it's done. Anne's voice was a powerhouse.... she was incredible
White Heart was a Seattle band that headed north to Vancouver BC to avoid the draft. Anne was dating a band member and followed them to Vancouver. A short time later Nancy joined them. They called Vancouver their home, and made awesome music there, before heading back to Seattle after the mass pardon for draft dodgers. Not long after they first came north, they played at my high school. ❤️❤️❤️

I loved the comment comparing Beyoncé to Heart only because the younger generations don’t realize there have been incredible women singers all through history that paved the way for all female singers of today. I would argue with any of today’s youth that Nancy Wilson could still blow away 99% of today’s female singers. She didn’t just have a freaking insane voice (6 octaves), she sang loud, and clear, and she still does to this day. I saw Heart a couple years back, and damn, she still can sing all of those high notes. Don’t get me wrong, I know Queen B, 😀 has a phenomenal voice, Anyone who can hear would that.
