Chris and Christian, I have been listening to your podcast on a weekly basis since late 2019. It was actually your episode that classified and clarified the 4 traits that a service manager must have to be successful that propelled me into becoming a successful Service Director in my own right. Recently my NADA Graduate General Manager that comes from a sales background and I have locked horns regarding unapplied labor and how to compensate your lube and express technicians. I have learned a lot from you and would like to learn from you both what unapplied labor actually is and how it is calculated.
