    I have a couple of questions, as i would appreciate your input on this, so here goes: What does it take to have a happier shop environment, for the techs? Wouldn't a happier worker be a more productive worker?

      Chris and Christian,
      I have been listening to your podcast on a weekly basis since late 2019. It was actually your episode that classified and clarified the 4 traits that a service manager must have to be successful that propelled me into becoming a successful Service Director in my own right. Recently my NADA Graduate General Manager that comes from a sales background and I have locked horns regarding unapplied labor and how to compensate your lube and express technicians. I have learned a lot from you and would like to learn from you both what unapplied labor actually is and how it is calculated. Answers to this mystery would complete me in ways that you could not imagine.
