I get up at 4am...walk 3 miles outside weather permitting. Otherwise on the treadmill. Then some have a couple of pieces of fruit and chicken. After that relax in recliner for an hour to calm down. While I'm relaxing while I'm planning my day. I'm relaxing for about an hour in peace. It's the only time I have before I get hundreds of questions thrown at me during the day.
I own a 7 bay independent owned shop. Although we are very successful overall and have superior customer service with a high customer retention rate, I feel like we are often running around like chickens with our heads cut off. We work hard and not smart and I feel like we are lacking efficient, effective processes at the front desk. I find we have a lot of loop holes and want to tighten things up to create a seamless environment that is less chaotic. Do you have any suggestions or videos specific to front office processes for independent owned shops? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey guys love the show, what are the best brands to make these high numbers in service and parts a year? I can’t seem to grasp that where I currently work?
In my opinion, the high line stores often pay better. The way I see it, if your pay plan involves a % commission, might as well be selling the more expensive parts. I chose Volkswagen and have been very happy with it.
@@idrumlikecrazy9802 yea I’m at a Chrysler jeep dodge right now, which some parts are very expensive but it may be my pay plan that just isn’t doing it for me
@@z34speed33 Pay plan is HUGE. Maybe there are other dealers in the area with more to offer! Always worth looking. This channel is a great place for guidance.
Calling beforw 8 AM is illegal in all 50 states. I understand the concept you were talking about, but as an influencer or advisor be careful on advising people to commit crimes as I imagine you open yourself up to liabilities.
