  • For this SCHULZ INSIGHT episode we are guests of one of the largest hop traders in the world: Barth Haas.
Planned for a long time, we can finally brew our first collaboration brew on the new laboratory brewery at the Barth Haas Campus in Nuremberg.
Marius and Lukas decide on a red Doppelbock and get inspiration for the recipe while discussing different hop varieties right before they start brewing.
Eight weeks later, after using the SCHULZ Rocket for dry hopping and the open fermentation tanks, the two evaluate the outcome.
BarthHaas: A leading global supplier of hop products and all the services that go with them. They are the perfect people to talk to about using hops and hop products creatively and efficiently. For 225 years, they have been visionaries and trailblazers in the market for these unique building blocks of flavor.
