U must have a company or business in Malaysia in order to get this permit so it's not easy to obtain. U are also supposed to paste the 70km/h sticker on the back of the van. That is the speed limit for commercial vehicles in Singapore, as well as have a speed warning device in the van that will beep non stop if U go over 70km/h. Looks like these SG N-van owners have removed those 70km/h stickers and most likely the speed warning device too 😂. These are the main cons of registering as a G plate commercial vehicle in Singapore. The main pros are cheaper COE and road tax which can be quite a substantial amount.
