Yep America, no thought on safety here, so many machines operating in a small area, accident waiting to happen. And those open cab scrapers, operators will be deaf before they know it. I thought American mines would have had up to date machinery.
Obviously your not in the dirt business. Very safe everyone is looking out for each other and looks like they are trying to compact a fill close the cut. Having open cab are quite normal and trying to find enclosed cabs are hard to come by. They also have these little things called ear plugs that need to wear them in both type of machines.

Badazz luv the scrapers with the dozers,just a heads up there's two mass grading jobs towards Irvine,one of the jobs is Coburn and the other I'm assuming is sukut construction could be some one else tho,both can be seen from the 241 fwy,also heard there's a spread near cajalco road Ramona expressway....
