The explaination is very detail and helpful! Hope u can post more of this kind of tutorial video! I would like to know how to handle a very flexible patients too! Looking forward for more tutorial like this!! Thank you :)
Thanks for watching...for flexible patients add more compression through all levers rather than traction......you have to stop the tissues from escaping
Hi form Italy. Do you use x-rays or is possible to found the subluxation and undertend the positon (PRS, PLS, PRI ecc) without x-rays. I'm a Physiotearpist, i'm studing alon for my passion, and i like this Method.
Do you now any course where is possibile to learn? School of Chiropratic are to expensive for me. Thanks
hello doc. would you place patient’s knee between your legs or below your inferior leg? great tutorial btw!
Depends....I tend to either have the patients knee between my legs...or pocket to pocket.... thanks for watching...
Is your thrusting hand on the sp or tvp of L5? Thanks
❤
I use the compression style adjustment for most joints. The twisting techniques lack specificity.
I think he did Gonstead method rather than Osteopathy approach
Rookie Kim Hi, thank you for watching and commenting...yes there are many ways to improve function in the spine..the clinician should be familiar and proficient in several ways so that they can adapt to any patient and any situation.....please check out part II, this a pull move...part III and IV coming soon....Best Wishes
Still waiting for part III and IV. This is pure gold 👌🏻

Hi doctor. If this patient had problem in the sacrum (backward torsion or forward torsion) , or if you are trying to do posterior sacrum base adjustment, is there a difference in the point of contact?
Hi there. ...contact point either S1 or S2. ...use thenar contact so not slip onto L5. ...thank you for watching!
Alma Osteopathic Practice usually I do hypothenar contact. I’ll try thenar contact next time. Thank you!
Thank you for watching....no I do not use x-ray.....my method of examination is motion palpation......
Is your thrust hand contacting the TVP of L5,? Thanks
Depends what your exam findings are....could be TP, mammillary, SP etc
Why would you want to increase extension in the lumbar spine?
It seems you're basically attempting to do Chiropractic.
😂
Unfortunately Sir everything comes down to bed side manner, history intake and your experience. But getting a patient "Trust" is primordial. Everything else is just fluff, respectfully please respond
Thanks for watching and your comments.. Regards
Is it me or Is that patient feet dirty 🤨
Yes.... It's you...
