  • It was a shared passion for wild country hunting adventures that brought Brad and Jason together around a common cause. At first it was a desire to tell the story of two brothers who had grown up together hunting wild landscapes in Idaho. That hunting film-Chasing Ridgelines-told the story of Brad and his brother Kurtis and their quest to find big muley bucks in the rugged and wild alpine heights of central Idaho.
    That story also led to the creation of Argali.
    In this Argali mini-series--which we've dubbed "Partners"-follow along as Jason and Brad set out on a wild Idaho hunt of their own. It'll be cold, wild, sometimes disappointing, but altogether an awesome time.
    In this episode, follow along as Brad pieces together what happened to a bull he shot at early in the hunt-and begins to wonder if he cleanly missed due to the scant evidence he can find-as well as Jason, who is still seeking an opportunity for a shot after a couple close calls.
    Be sure to subscribe to the Argali RUclips Channel to follow along on this late fall, remote Idaho hunt as well as future hunt series and films.

    Nice work Brad! Took me 3 days to watch with our kiddos crawling up my legs but eventually made it and enjoyed coming along.

    Man! That was a good cliffhanger, I thought you missed at first based on the reaction. Heck of an animal, like you said it may not be the biggest bull but the kids love it and the trip was successful 🤘🏼

    hunting pressure in certain areas of idaho from out of state has gotten pretty bad. I gave up going back to a honey hole that had been good to me and my best friend for 5 years after last season. Ive started choosing where i go based on if motorized offroad vehicles arent allowed. at least then if i encounter other archery hunters i know they put in the work and are serious hunters

      It definitely can be frustrating, but honestly mist of the time it's great to see other hunters getting after it and enjoying the elk woods.

      @@Argali I do agree there idaho is blessed with the amount of public land we have access too. I actually linked my lady your video when you guys hunted the frank church. After she watched it she was onboard. I was trying to describe it to her but your guys footage did way better then I ever could. I got shafted this year due to a middle east deployment so no hunting this year but im hoping to go there 2023. Keep up the great work fellas your killin it.

    Any elk is a trophy … no justification necessary. :). Just an honest / great hunt most any of us would love to be on…

    Do you feel it was easier to process the quarters hide on hanging when your alone? I’d shoot that Bull, any day of the week! Well done Sir

    • @Argali
      @Argali  2 года назад

      Absolutely. That's my preferred way to skin and debone quarters. I think it keeps everything a lot cleaner.

    Why’d you shoot at the elk when it was laying down?

    • @Argali
      @Argali  2 года назад +2

      Ove shot a lot of animals laying down depending on the circumstances. But the shot felt right at the time.
