I think the drummer he picked is fantastic....his pocket has the right feel...and you can see how he maintains it if you watch him play....very deliberate with his timing. Excellent drumming.
Ripper is nowadays lightning years better thab Halford. Halford was untouchable in the 70-80 ties ,but for 20+ years sounds like a bad cover singer of himself.
