How did you do this? You were able to get 5 seconds from different songs from different genres, and, even though it sounds like a mess, it somehow manages at the same time to sound beautiful, and like actual music (If that makes sense). I love TSFH, and love Humanity. Thank you for doing this.

I've been working on updating this with every new bit of music over the last few years, and for the longest time it ended with "You Are Light," which felt appropriate and uplifting. But since the release of Seven, "You Were My Forever" definitely ends it on a more complicated note! ;)

Thank you! :) Unfortunately, I feel like 15 minutes is already a lot for most viewers, and adding more tracks in the future is going to push the length quite a bit. I'm actually considering using shorter samples in the future to keep it watchable! There's a little over 230 tracks here, and I skipped over the tracks on the Halloween album that were drawn from horror and percussion-themed industry releases, plus all the Anthology compilations for this version. With a new TSFH album and Thomas's two-disc solo album Humanity releasing this year, I'm expecting to add another 30 to 40 tracks for the next version! It would be nice to do a truly comprehensive version including all the Anthology releases as well as Nick's tracks, but I don't think too many people would be interested in sitting down that long, and I this project is already enough of a challenge for me. ;) I really appreciate your interest, though!
@@antanowrites Well, with "about sixty" new tracks from Humanity in the process of being released, and likely a new TSFH album in that time as well, I think it's pretty fair to say it's going to get ridiculously long even without doubling the length of all the previews!
I'd love to, but I'm limiting the track selection to commercially released tracks, and "Dear Mr. Alien" was only ever on Facebook and RUclips. Otherwise, there's a ton of tracks I could add in ("My Soul Not Yours," "Where R U," "Soaring Over Hollywood," etc.), and I'm already cutting out Anthology and industry album tracks. Considering we're due for a two-disc solo album and a TSFH release this year, I'm worried this thing's going to get too long as it is!
@@Omegador Yeah, me, too. He said he'd be "happy to release it" if there was enough demand, but even though there were dozens of comments, the RUclips upload is all we got. It's a shame, because it would have been a lovely single. I was listening to that piece repeatedly for months back in 2018. :)
@@Omegador Thomas responded a few weeks ago to someone asking about "Dear Mr. Alien" and says "he'll see" about the track and that he'd need to record it with an orchestra first. So maybe it'll still happen... he just needs to find a time to record it fully while juggling all his massive projects. :)
