    Hi. We don’t use the word “crisps”. That’s what the Brits use. Both are called chips and if you want to get specific fries would be called “hot chips” but that’s not that necessary as if you order fish and chips everyone would know that you mean hot chips. We definitely don’t use the term crisps.

    Appetiser and entree are both the same here in Oz. I found it weird that entree was a main when I was in the states.

    Most Uni courses in Oz are 3 years & about 1/3 the price unless you do a medical science or Ph.D. Ketchup is much thicker than Tomato Sauce & spreads better on pies.
