Bajra is versatile. Roti, khichdi, bhaat, halwa, dosa, idli, upma etc. can be made which are tasteful as well. Only thing important is to soak it in water for 6-8 hrs and cook with 6 times water with openlid on medium flame. For roti atta it should be soaked for 6-8 hours in water then dried in sun and then ground. After neading it should be left for about an hour before making roti.
