Hanyu mentioned he has never landed in practice in a post-Olympics interview. His attempts are still far compared to llia's attempts despite practising for years. His first attempt is underrotated and downgraded to a 3A and he landed on 2 feet, while his second attempt is again underrotated and he fell. Compared to llia's three attempts where the first only has a step-out and within a few days, the second one is near clean and after a few days, the third one is clean, not to mention how his landing is so much stable than Hanyu. llia will definitely land first, especially when he progresses so fast that it took him only a short time to train and he is landing 4A everyday now. @@sporeKAfan I watched his attempt, and the attempts of others, as well as his 3A, and dozens of 3A other skaters. what's the fanyu here? @@sporeKAfan I already said above, I don't care who lands what first. I am for clean technique and a good presentation. Ilya had an absolutely pathetic presentation at DOI 2022 in Japan, in my opinion. As a result, he could not land normally 4A, and did not show the program - consider that he ruined everything. About the feeling of jumping from the toe in the case of 4A - I have already said, and I will not refuse my words. Perhaps in the future it will improve and the sensations will be different. And mind you, I'm not saying he's bad at everything, he does have jumps with good technique. In the case of 4A, it looks more like PR and advertising.
maybe Malinin on another training video gave his "clean jump", but his performance at DOI with bow-legged rotations and lack of presentation as such is a spit to the audience It would be better if he worked on the program and worked for the audience than to promote himself with a jump that he could not perform at the performance
@@sy-ib2wm Write it when Malinin jumps 4A clear in an international competition. Then it will be officially recognized that he first on the world jumped 4A and will go down in history. Just because he jumped it in training doesn't mean anything. Several figure skaters train 4A and it will be important who will jump clear 4A in an international competition. So OK, you fan Malinin, and maybe he'll jump it in the international competition. But it is quite possible that Hanyu or Shoma will succeed, or quite someone else.
Ilia's 4A is the best I've seen. But this video doesn't show Ilia's best 4A. SkatingandMusic wrote that made this video "before Ilia's (clean 4A) video came out". So I write again: I am looking forward to a new video with the QUAD AXEL comparison performed by Hanyu and Malinin.
Write to the person who made the video (SkatingAndMusic) "don't compare", not to me. It's so OBVIOUS that a clean 4A does not guarantee a win ! And one more thing: did someone write "if Ilia can jump a perfect 4A, shouldn't he focus on another skills" ?

You can’t even call the Japanese skaters jump a quad axel because half a rotation is done on the ice with the free leg touching down. It’s ridiculous to compare the both of them.

Huh. In my opinion Yuzu looks like an adult and Ilia a child, but they both look young and healthy :)
@@skatingandmusic5756 yuzu can pass as early 20s. Both look young but honestly as an Asian when I see Western especially Caucasian I sometimes thought they are older, not that they look old but because they look mature, like when someone is 14 I thought they're 18.
Yuzuru 😍😍👍🏻🥇🥇
Oh god what a toxic comment section it is..
Obsessed fans of Yuzuru , diminishing other skaters just to calm down their ego.. Seems like all of ur azzes r on fire watching their idol not being the first to do lmao
@GIFT I love you!
there is another video of ilia landed the quad axel cleanly in practice without stumbling out. you can find it on youtube.
I made this video before that one came out. I'm working on a second video that will include that one :)
actually he had jumped lack, for sure, you can slow the video and count
Ilia's quad axel is by far better than Yuzuru's. Ilia's is fully rotated and he can land it on one foot on a clean running edge. Yuzuru has never got the full rotation and has never landed it on one foot. Look - all Yuzuru fans, Yuzuru is an amazing skater and he has left us with a fantastic legacy, but please give credit to that young man Ilia who has clearly landed the first quad axel in history. I'm sure Yuzuru would be the first to acknowledge Ilia's achievement.
Look, I am not interested in this young man, and not interested in 4A, it's just because Yuzu want to do it, I wish him success. Don't teach what fanyu should do and don't make a statement on behalf of Yuzu, who authorized you?
@@freda8430 I think your understanding of English is perhaps not sufficient to fully comprehend what I actually wrote. I didn't attempt to teach anyone and I didn't make a statement on behalf of Yuzuru. Please don't show your utter ignorance by coming on YT and making insulting statements when your level of English is so poor you simply didn't understand what I said.
@@npe1 you don't need so many useless words to explain yourself, you know and I know exactly what you mean.
And don't be a beggar asking for credit, be a man to earn respect, so embarrassing.
@@freda8430 I don't think you have a clue to be frank.
Юдзуру вежливый и уважительный человек и он искренно будет радоваться прогрессу других спортсменов и поддерживать их 🙋♀️🖐️👌
Gislhian said he had videos of yuzu landing it fully rotated.. I wish we could see those 🥲
Me tooooooo!
Don't you think the videos would already be all over the internet and social media if they really existed ? It's like the story of a friend bragging about how he caught this humongous fish, but it slipped away from his hands so the couldn't provide any concrete evidence. Umm, yeah ... sure.
@@AT-jm4dl don’t you think coaches have private videos of their skaters they haven’t released? Especially considering that was their main form of communication while he was in Japan…
ETA: Congrats to Quad God for landing first certified 4A on 15 September 2022! First skater to land 6 types of quads! History has been made for landing most difficult quad ever! Next challenge is quint jump!
especially when Ilya jumps sideways instead of flying forward. cheating Russian coaches works not only for girls
@@mariapetrusevich4564 Fanyu should not create lie. Go watch his latest 4A attempt at Japanese ice show practice for a close-up. Even his 3A are better than Hanyu. Skating forums, skaters, coaches and media all praised his 4A attempts. Hanyu's jumps have already regressed because of his constant practice in 4A.
@@sporeKAfan I watched his attempt, and the attempts of others, as well as his 3A, and dozens of 3A other skaters. what's the fanyu here? Russians love to cheat - that's a fact. it’s enough that many Russians themselves wrote about the 3A cheating technique a few years ago. both fans and specialists. I don’t mind at all if some skater jumps the first some quad or quintuple jump. but I don't like hype and cheating. and I don’t like dirty skating even more - I’m not specifically against Malinin, but in relation to those skaters who are noticed in this (even if the judges turn a blind eye to this)
@@mariapetrusevich4564 llia has much better jump technique with faster rotation and greater height and distance than Hanyu. Don't compare llia with the problematic Russian girls. You are obviously a fanyu when you go around praising Hanyu and can't see his weaknesses in jumps. Hanyu's jumps has already regressed because of his constant practice in 4A.
To be the first if they can do it in competition not practice...
And now he’s fucking done it. WE LOVE YOU ILIA 💖💖💖🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
There's another video now of Ilia landing the 4A cleanly, no step out.
How exciting! I saw that a few hours ago. I wasn't expecting it so soon! I can't wait to see it in competition!
Also Yuzuru's olympic attempt was better than Jnats one
maybe Malinin on another training video gave his "clean jump", but his performance at DOI with bow-legged rotations and lack of presentation as such is a spit to the audience
It would be better if he worked on the program and worked for the audience than to promote himself with a jump that he could not perform at the performance
@@mariapetrusevich4564 yeah, and his 4A lack of a rotation, for sure.
to all the fanyus out there, i hate to break it to you but yes, ilia malinin's quad axel is better than hanyus
@Kim Hana Highest elevation or not, Ilia nailed his 4A perfectly and that's the only fact XD
So I write again:
I am looking forward to a new video with the QUAD AXEL comparison
performed by Hanyu and Malinin.
If anyone saw a clean 4A made during training by some other skater, except Ilia, I am ASKING for this video ! 🙏🙏🙏

@ouch-pepporFanyus are stupid unicorns who don't understand anything about jump technique. It's impossible to perform an Axel without a 1/4 prerotation. And Ilya just prerotates 1/4. And if you compare him with Hanyu, his prerotation is greater, plus a large UR and overall poor jump technique and weak physical characteristics.
Por favor no hay comparación. YUZURU HANYU es un excelente deportista respeta las reglas y normas de las técnicas del deporte
Theres zero comparison...Ilia hits it clean more often than Hanyu does...I've seen NUMEROUS clips of Ilia hitting it perfectly, and the one championship show where he DID hit it clean in international competition..but I've yet to see footage of Hanyu landing it perfectly...ilia is the epitome of GOLD MEDAL PERFORMANCE

Ilia just landed a quad axel almost perfectly! It was a little shaky on the landing, but fully rotated and landed on one foot!
Where is Malinin's CLEAN 4A ?
I made this video before that video came out :)
OK. So I am looking forward to a new video with the QUAD AXEL comparison
performed by Hanyu and Malinin.
Right here fanyu.
Hanyu is more than 1/2 revolution short of the full 4.5.
In this video yes. In olympics it was close to q. So he needs less than 1/4 revolution to complete it.
@@keigotakami1741 Yes, I remember that after the Olympic LP, he said that when he was about to come out if the air to land the quad Axel, he said to himself, "ahh that's what it feels like .."....

You have to remake this video now that Ilia landed the quad axel almost perfectly!!
honestly i think both are still underrotated :/ if you pause the video and draw a line through the skate, the landing should be on the same line but to the opposite side (or within a quarter rotation of that). It seems to me that Ilia's 4A is q, and hanyu's is
Please to be champion with tobe good personality not just can jump.
YH best from the best
You can’t even call the Japanese skaters jump a quad axel because half a rotation is done on the ice with the free leg touching down. It’s ridiculous to compare the both of them.
He just needs to close his elbows in. They couldn't be winged out any wider! Also, this video edit is horrible.
Sadly it is true ilia was the one who has done it first there is no doubt that he is amazing but for me Yuzuru hanyu will always be the best
Yuzu can't do a quad axel. Even Keegan Messing has done a better attempt in practice. And Ilia had a clean 4A in practice less than a week after this one.
I made a sequel video with that clean 4a by ilia and a better attempt by yuzuru if you want to check it out :)
@Prologue Yuzu never did a quad axel, and that's what this video is about.
@Prologue What does he do that no one else can do?
@Prologue Oh, i understand now. Yuzuru has more fans than any other skater. So you're correct, no other skater has that. And it's very nice that you are one of his fans.
As for artistry, Jason Brown has more and is a better spinner. Patrick Chan had better artistry and edges by far. As for jumps, other skaters have much more difficulty.
@GIFT Okay sure, if that makes you feel better.
both jumps are wrong, this is ice figure skating, where is the speed? the landing both horrible not flow, THIS IS NOT GYMNASTICS, it have to have the same speed at the take off and the landing, first triple axel was landing on 1952 yes 70 years ago ???????????
