    I used to dance in my school days...I love dancing since then I have never danced felt a bit awkward..now after having two kids i feel to dance and burn out my fat...today morning while I was dancing my 3 yr old son got up and he was like what’s mom doing😄 thank u for this workout Saba and u dance very gracefully🙂

    I started my workout today
    Current wait -58kg
    Goal - 45kg
    Edit :- l started my workout on 13th June with a proper diet ( reducing carbohydrate ). I wasn't able to continue for 3,4 days since l wasn't feeling well( fever) and l continued from 19th June and today it's 29th ,so basically l did this workout for 13 days . I was 58 kg in the beginning and now l am 53 kg literally l lost like 5 kgs and will be updating till l reach my goal :)). Thank you so much ma'am, you're energy, the way you interact with us is making this video even more enjoyable ❤️

    I have just finished the 2 weeks challenge. I feel great. My belly seems firmer, my waist seems slimmer, it is efficient! I really enjoyed these songs and choreography. It is like the moves make you feel beautiful, so you want to take care of yourself. Thank you Sabah!! What's next?😁

    Okay.. I feel like your soo underrated, you kept me going and your energy was so contagious. for the longest time I have been trying to lose that stubborn fat but never had the motivation to do so, and I felt soo motivated by this workout and I'm sure I will lose some weight atleast tysm💕🥰

    Even it looks very simple but I was sweating profusely. Already I have tried one of your dancing workouts lost 5-6 kgs.     thank you so much........I tried Exercise but not able to do the Exercise.....but when I tried this dance it was fantastic, not getting bored and able to do this dance without feeling bore. After 3 weeks I could see the result, and after one month I checked that I lost 3 kgs, and my belly fat almost gone......I was searching this dance for long long time, I tried many things like little food, no food, exercise, but not getting result.....thanks a lot for your dance,,,,,and now please tell me the daily food what I need to take like in breakfast, lunch and dinner and tiffin.....will wait for your reply........Again thanks a lot.....

    Day 1: Super fun! Had to take a few breaks during Suraiya song because of the burn, still burnt 304 calories.
    Day 2: was feeling less energy today to do the workout but did it anyway. Took the same number of breaks as yesterday but burnt 308 calories.🔥
    Day 3: wasn't feeling the vibe to repeat on the same songs so did a 45 minute kareena kapoor khan special 🙆 well over these 3 days I lost about an inch from my tummy. Btw, I am a new mom (4 months pp) so everybody's else journey may differ than mine.

    Won't exaggerate, but this is the bestttt zumba routine I did, as I started doing zumba i thought it would be tough to complete full, so the first day i did for 17 min and today the second day i did the rest. I'm feeling amazing, very catchy songs to dance or we can say work out. Keep up the good work❤

    I love your workouts because they're so fun. Just a suggestion - adding more mass familiar songs (recent or latest) might be helpful to make the workouts more youth friendly :)
