Mam entertainment allowance also means when employer pays extra money to their employees which they can further use for their refreshment activities like going for a movies, drinks, cost of meal, hotel stay etc... So can a non marketing and non sales employee get entertainment allowance?

Yes ofcourse. Thanks for writing 😊. 1) Actual HRA is calculated as follows : 50% of basic salary for those living in metro cities & 40% of basic salary for those living in non-metro cities. 2) Rent Paid is actual rent we pay for house rent. Hope it will be helpful for you 👍.

Hi, Don't mean anything Just small corrections: 1. Conveyance Allowance; is a local Travelling allowance for the official purpose within the city or might say (local travelling or visiting a place for the official purpose), which falls under section 10(14) i where it is Exempted to the extent for official purpose rest is taxable. 2. same on the conveyance allowance you have mentioned is a Travel allowance which falls under section 10(14) ii earlier Rs. 1600 was given for every Employees but now that is withdrawn after the assessment year 19-20, according to new implementation, Now its not Exempted for every employees it is exempted only for the orthopedically challenged like (blind, def n dumb) etc.... sorry for the correction comment but you are inspirations for others we maintain notes of your slides if in interview the same question comes then it would be problem for us. Hope you take it positively, rest thank you for the slides and expecting more videos on HRM. I specially needed a video on HRIS and the form 16B you have created right the formulas implementing part in short (salary Calculator) Thank You :)

There must be some name alloted to this allowance like special allowance, lunch allowance etc.
