Hi Greg, I appreciate the encouragement you gave me in Lake Stevens. I appreciate you not laughing at me when I nearly fell over while trying to do a glute lunge in heels. 😂 The lack of judgment was incredibly encouraging. I kept my word and started with 10 a day, I am up to 30 a day now, and actually started going to the gym as well.
100% We have to take fix our own home(USA) before we are willing to take on fixing the world. And part of that is disciplining yourself at the individual level and that will ripple outward into the world
