When you asked Max about weird cues I was thinking about how one of mine is basically judt like push through my feet, then Max said the same thing and I felt vindicated lol. I used to actively drive my knees out to prevent knee cave but that eventually led to other technique errors. Actively telling myself to apply the force straight down into the ground makes my knees track way more evenly overall without introducing knee cave
