That guy yelling "ThInK aBoUt It" is definitely a poacher and he doesn't even know it. They probably have no idea that you couldn't legally keep the fish.
I told them it was too small to keep,and they still wanted me to keep it.Funny thing is,the harbor masters office was 100 yards behind me,so even if I wanted to poach fish,it would be a really dumb place to do it.lol

Still fish in the ocean Daniel!!! Been doing pretty well,for my local harbor.Not typically my go to spot, but it’s been tough with no car.
