Not anymore...not anymore. And BTW Tati is expanding our knowledge about beauty and products. And self care, acceptance and confidence. Not dumbing us down with rubbish childish antics.
Honestly I really appreciate this. Nobody really teaches videos anymore they just show new make up.. it’s awesome to actually learn how to do it as well as what products are good
Part 2: What is your "professional" routine. Do you get facials ? How often do you get them, which treatments do you get and how often? I am aging and sometimes I feel some facials were a complete waste of time and money. Microblade? Peels? etc.....
jillf24 so glad you asked this. I hate how beauty gurus don’t reveal the professional help they get to improve their skin and whatnot, so it’s kind of misleading when we watch their “at home personal tips”.
I worked for a dermatologist for years and microneedling and dermabrasion are the two procedures that I could see a noticeable difference in the patients after two to three visits it's pricy but it works.
Tati, I'm soooo glad you haven't fallen into the "challenges" rabbit hole like so many others have. So many of these beauty gurus just do these insane challenges, that sure, can be fun once in a while, but after a while it's like, "wait, aren't you supposed to be supplying us with info about beauty?" I so appreciate your reviews and tips/tricks, I also love your GRWMs and Product Empties. Changing it up is fun (I thought your mystery box was hilarious and appreciated that it was way after when everyone else was doing that craze), but don't feel pressure to change! I would love an updated nighttime/daytime/spa routine though, used to love when you did those!
Would you consider doing a makeup look for glasses? I never wear contacts and I think the shadow of my glasses sometimes obscures my eye look. Also I have horrible powder transfer to the nosepads and whatnot.
I wear glasses AND have hooded eyes - the struggle is real. There was a smaller youtuber that always did her makeup with glasses for all of us glasses wearers, but I can’t remember her name and she’s disappeared from my list 😩
YES Rachael me too. Michelle Phan did a video where she highlighted her waterline in white liner to brighten her eyes for glasses, and I couldn't ever make it work. The struggle continues!
TATI ! I have a super cool idea for your channel since you say you want to try something new !! I don’t think its ever been done before ! Basically your viewers could send you short videos of them doing their makeup and you could react to them and comment/make suggestions of they could do better etc ! I think everyone could benefit from seeing what advice you give and it would be so interactive !
PLEASE bring back your lists of what you're wearing makeup and nails wise in each video! It's always helpful and I've been missing it and wish you'd bring it back. It's so frustrating to like something you're wearing and not know what it is. Thanks Tati!
You should totally film a complete beginners guide to makeup. And i mean COMPLETE guide, like with product recommendations and everything. I remember when i started getting into makeup i didn’t know anything and tutorials didn’t help much, so it took me a long time to learn. I feel like a video like that would help soo many people
Rachhloves has a huge series with step by step with high/low brands, and how to use them. She is pretty good at explaining (having children helps her explain easier).
You talked about having bad acne when you were younger... Any tips fors getting rid of scarring? I've finally found a routine that works for me but I have little scars on my forehead that my foundation settles into.
Use Estee Lauder Dark spot correcting night serum! I used to have really bad cystic acne and had many scars on my cheeks after the acne cleared up, and this product was amazing! It's a little pricey, but it really brightened up my skin and got rid of all the scars
I have had bad cystic acne and I am now dealing with my scars. Please do not try to deal with pitted scars/texture on your own. It's easy to lighten spots, but it's entirely different to deal with pits and indents in the skin. For my acne scars, I work with a dermatologist and esthetician. I have been getting chemical peels for over a year now and the discoloration in my skin is nearly gone. To fix the pitting, I will be having an esthetician use the derma pen on me. Please do not try using a derma roller at home because you could worsen your scarring.
Great tips. Re the shower, I just wash my face last and crank the heat down to mild first before I rinse. I make such a mess washing at the sink with it dripping down my elbows to the floor, etc. Gotta do it in the shower, just turn it down to just before too cold. Room is warm by then, so I'm good.
It sounds like such a silly thing, but next time you see those sweat wrist bands - grab some! They keep the water from going down your arms when you wash your face!
Me too, it's the last thing I do in the shower. I make the water luke warm to wash my face, then make the water colder for a final rince of my hair. It's supposed to make your hair extra shiny.
I love how unproblematic you are. I think I remember you saying that you felt like you weren’t clicking with a lot of the RUclips beauty community, it worked out in your favor. You don’t act like you are in high school.
A few days ago I literally thought "tati always looks amazing and she looks so young. What are her secrets? How do I become her?" Lol. I love this video! Can you share ALLLL the skincare/bodycare/nailcare hacks/tricks/*extra* tools etc you use and your routine (maybe a weekly/monthly routine/overview)? Your skin is amazing and you always look so polished and put together.
Tati please do more videos like this. I am 32 and a mom of five. If I lay in bed late at night and watch a makeup video I want it to be helpful....reviews, tips, application tricks, products you love and hate. I have noticed people get all crazy with their videos (such as dogs pick my makeup)... but honestly most women I know don’t have time for that kind of video. I am not slamming other RUclipsrs. I am giving you my honest thoughts. In my opinion most of us buying makeup want the deets on what is good and tricks on looking our best. Just my opinion... also I love your channel.
The letting shampoo sit on your hair for a minute or two MAKES A WORLD OF A DIFFERENCE. i have not only the greasiest hair, so greasy that i have to wash it everyday (i tried expanding the frequency between washes, it really didnt help) but straight and super fine which makes greasy hair look super awful, doing that really cleanses my hair and i dont have to wash my hair as often anymore!
Madison L a lot of shady things have been noticed by fans that influencers have done some of it is reasonable to be mad at other things are completely Ridiculous
Love how the beauty community is in shambles right now and Tati is just being the absolute gem that she is and giving us bomb content 👏🏽👏🏽❤️❤️ we love an uncontroversial Queen 😂
I love this type of video! Please do a video about how to minimize under eye wrinkles and how to apply concealer/ powder under the eye for aging skin with deep set eyes and wrinkles. I see a lot of videos about eye bags, but not as many about wrinkles and dark circles for deep set eyes.
My smile lines are that of a crazy person. Any tips for those would be great. Also tips on how to create lift for eyes that droop down at the outer corners...like a sad puppy dog.
Those silicone sheet masks are really big in Asia. They sell them in the Japanese dollar shop Daiso. Works really week if you soak a hydrating toner on cotton pads and use it as a cheap DIY face mask. I tried it with a DIY rice water toner and my face looked so bright and glowy it was AMAZING
I am a hairdresser. We used to teach people, 90 seconds to wet your hair (your shampoo will do nothing unless your hair is completely wet). 90 seconds to wash and 90 seconds to rinse. This will change your life, I promise
I'm a young college student therefore I have super intense undereye circles for various reasons. They're not even really bags, they're just super dark. I think some of it is due to genetics, because both my parents have natural undereye circles, but no matter how many creams, color correctors and concealers I use, it always looks a little purple. If you do another one of these videos, please talk about how to fight undereye circles!
I have the same issue. I have allergies, and that affects how dark the circles are sometimes. You can also try an eye mask a few times a week. I am surprised by how much it’s helped. The Earth Therapeutics line is great!
If it makes you feel any better, I had panda eyes from high school straight through university. I had terrible sleeping habits, so it was to be expected. But once I graduated and started eating and sleeping better, my undereye circles all but disappeared. :) I can get away with just foundation to cover them up (though I do use concealer to bring brightness to that area of the face). Maybe once the college craziness is over and done with, your undereye circles will disappear too. :) Being well rested really does wonders for the skin.
When i cut out gluten and dairy my under eye circles got hugely better. When they are caused by food intolerance or allergies undereye circles are referred to as "shiners"
Tati shared in a previous video that if after concealer, powder etc that if you still don’t feel it’s bright enough to then use an eyeshadow a bit brighter than your skin tone under eye - I’ve tried it and it’s life changing!
Tati please do a makeup tutorial on this eye look!!!!!!! I love it so much I can't stop looking at your eyes. You should do more looks like this, something different.
Yes, definitely a part 2. I want to know more about what kind of Cleansers you use for oily skin and moisturizers, SPF, etc. And also body skin care..... XOXO
Hi Tati! Can you talk about SPF for face and body? What looks good under makeup, what doesn't break you out, what doesn't get greasy when you're out and about? WHAT DOESN'T SMELL LIKE SUNSCREEN??? Thanks for your tips! (I will be more careful about hot water on my face and I will let my shampoo sit for a minute before rinsing.)
Rickie Bee i dont have super oily skin but I use japanese skincare called etude house sunprise mild watery light. Its a green tube. Like $10 online. It doesnt have much of a whitecast, smells alright, and isnt super oily. I powder my face afterwards though because I like really matte skin
I have oily combo skin. I use the murad oil control sunscreen. It does not smell like that strong sunscreen scent plus it works really well for controlling oil and looks great under makeup!
Yes! Thank you Tati!!!! This type of video is why we all started watching RUclips in the first place. It feels like lately all I see in my feed are product reviews. I have been watching your videos for years, and you are one of the only beauty you tubers that I still LOVE to watch. Thank you for doing what you do 💕
One of the only products that is a one and done for lips for me at least is the Loreal Le Matte lip crayons. She's So Matte is my favourite colour, it's a beautiful darker pinky nude. The shape is thin enough to do a crisp line around the edge and comfortable enough you don't have to wear a gloss on top, but I usually do top it with gloss since I like the look. The NYX Butter Glosses are also a product that stands on its own and is gorgeous
Is it just me who is living for the Tati's nailpolish and eyeshadow 😍😍😍😍😍 Tatiii tutorial on this eyeshadow pleaseee!! Love youu 💕 there is no makeup worn under this video 😭
You are the only youtuber i could watch for hours... like your videos could be an hour long and I'd be like... hold on y'all ... I'll make dinner in an hour. I have to watch tati's video.
I love all of these tips. My own personal tip that I live by is eating as much veggies, greens, fruits, and drinking as much water as humanly possible. It really makes me glow from within. Good day to you!
I still remember a video you made SO long ago when you had no hot water in your apartment and you started with a comfy, comforting, favorite sweater. And went on to dry shampoo and a cute messy bun. I always remember that video in winter when I'm rolling out of bed late, pulling on my favorite purple cashmere, letting dry shampoo sit in my hair on my commute, and throwing a messy French braid in when I get to work. I would love it if you brought it back to dispersing all the good info!
i have very hooded eye so i completely understand not being able to follow a tutorial. i have been wearing makeup for a couple yrs now n my eyes r where i struggle the most. love videos like this that r very helpful.
Yes! I also have dry AND oily skin and no one at the stores understand what I mean. It’s easy to moisturize heavily to keep my skin from burning from the dryness, but then how do I control the oil slick? Primers and setting sprays and matte foundations have no effect and my makeup slides right off my face after a couple hours unless I let my skin be the Sahara dry that it wants to be without the moisturizers. But then I’m dealing with flaking. There is no winning.
One of my favorite tips is for eyebrows. If you want a brow that literally will not move unless you are taking it off with remover before you start your brows take a translucent powder all over your brow area then use a brush to dust the access off. Do your normal brow routine and then at the end once more use that translucent powder again, now you don't have to go ham with the powder once you have it I again dust off the access. Then use your brow gel as usual. This works so well. I even have gone swimming and they stayed, sweating they stay. I mean anything and they don't move. It's great!! Love your eye makeup today Tati it's so pretty. Thanks for the tips. 💗💜
Tati, thank you so much for your dedication, hard work and professionalism on RUclips for so many years. You’re so under appreciated and such a contrast against the current atmosphere in the beauty community now. Love you ❤️
More more more! Please more skin care secrets!! Like how do you hydrate dry skin. Maybe how to care of skin on a budget? Get rid of acne scars or pigmentation?
Would love a video for mature women, I am an avid viewer and I know lots of younger women watch but would be thrilled to see your mom or someone of that age. Watching you applying makeup would be fantastic. I am a young 62 (still have oily T section) and I have issues with skin around the eyes never being moisturized enough (and if too moisturized then have issues with smudging) and larger pores. Your posts have been so helpful, I also love makeup and have all my life and it would be great to see what products you might use for mature women. Also would love to have you review Thrive mascara, want to try but waiting to hear from you. Thanks!!!
Beth Parks, I watch Tati every day and I love her videos. I am 46 and need help too so I watch Angie with Hot & Flashy (she’s 53 or 54 and looks fabulous) and I’ve learned a lot from her too. Check out her videos, there are a ton on makeup and skincare. Hope this helps, and I also hope Tati will help ladies with more mature skin. 💗
Awesome! I am thankful too! It’s crazy how applying makeup changed so much for me over the past few years. Without Tati and Angie I would look like a hot mess! Plus, it sure does help to watch reviews before buying tons of products.
Yes would love that! I’m still very young but my grandmother has been asking for help for her makeup and I feel like it’s totally different with age spots and deep wrinkles and super fair eyebrows than what I have and think you could do a great job doing a look on someone for us!
Please teach us more Tatii !!!! I love your advices they help me so much, being make up related or even health related. My skin has improved so much since I've watched you (6 years now wow!). Want a part 2 for sure. Love you a lot
If your shampoo has sulfates (I am sure Tati's does not), rinse it out of your hair as soon as possible. Letting it sit is not necessary for cleansing and can actually damage the cuticle.
Now all we need is Madness Monday back!!😬🙌🏻 This was extremely helpful and informative..thank you, thank you, thank you!! Another awesome video. Hope you had a great weekend. Love you, Tati!!❤️😘 xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo 😇😇
This was so fantastic! I can tell you’re really in your zone here. I would DEFINITELY love more of these types of videos. I always love learning new ways to make things work better. Thank you so much for sharing!!!
Thank you so much for this video, I am starting to realize that your videos and reviews are the ONLY RUclips beauty channel that gets me to buy things I need. And it’s because you take the time to fully explain and teach! This video was great, hope to see more!
Random tip here from someone with a weird shaped nose, if like me you have a slight bump in your nose, highlight the tip, below and above the hump and you will bring those areas forward and balance it out. Also if you have a wider nose then a harsh contour line down the side can be really unrealistic, try a small amount very close to the (I honestly don't know the word I think it's called bridge?) and then use a light powder, not a shimmery highlight, On the rest and you'll blend it more into your face and give a much more natural look than a sharp contour. Hope this helps anyone else who has nose insecurities ❤️
Miss Krystyna totally, I went through a huge phase of being unable to leave the house because of how ugly I felt, and the nose contour didn't help, I felt like my nose was so bad that nothing could fix it, so yeah, I wish more people would give more advice to those that don't have the perfect nose already.
Tati!! Can you please do a review on the Can't Stop Won't Stop foundation by NYX? I was thinking about trying it, and you're one of the only RUclipsrs I trust for honest reviews :) Love you!! 😘❤
More skin care tips plleeeaaaassseee! Love the ones you gave and I'm going to be using them from now on because I've had acne for about ten years, and I've tried everything that you can think of. Love you Tati💖💖
Pro tip: If you're someone like me that HATES washing their face in the sink, shower this way: Start the water barely warm, wash your hair, rinse, wash your face, rinse, add conditioner, then turn up the heat and wash the rest of yourself. Then turn the water back down to warm (or cold, if you can) and rinse your hair out. Your hair and face are both easily damaged by the hot water. Also, when you get out of the shower, splash your face with cold water. Either in the shower (though that's awful for me, I can't do it) or in the sink. It will help close off your pores. It's one thing I've gotten in the habit of doing, and it really does make a difference for me.
I love the sound on your videos. I like how I can hear little details, like when you put your hands together, I can hear that. I can hear your jewellery clink, lips smack...lol ok that sounds wrong but I don’t mean it like that. I just want to tell you that the equipment you’re using is perfect. I find the fact that I can hear all these little details is very calming and satisfying :)
I think if you love doing videos like this, you should do more of them. I know you want your subscribers to be happy with your content, but you also need to make sure you're making videos you enjoy making. Plus, I think it's safe to say most of us would watch pretty much anything you post at this point! XOXO
I tried daiso's but it was too small for my face. I'd advice you to cut the ear handle (?) And make two holes to create your own handle that will suit your face width more. (Sorry for the bad explanation, I hope you'll understand hahhaa)
Gosh Tati is still keeping it real after all this time, this genuine approach she has with her viewers is what keeps me watching! keep up the great videos I love your content.
TIP FOR ANYONE THAT WOULD LIKE TO HEAR IT: Putting Jamaican black castor oil on your hair massage into scalp leave on for about a minimum of 30 mins before washing you hair and it helps strengthen and naturally condition your hair. For me it's also helped it grow a bit quicker too. The last time I went to my hairdresser she said that even though I'm growing out the last of the dye that was in more hair from a previous hairdresser, my hair felt in really good condition. Just thought I'd pass on my tip too! Tati, thank you so much for today's video and yes of course I'd love to see more of these types of video's. I also like seeing reviews, tutorials and GRWM video's. I subscribed to you and a fair few others for the beauty aspect, not challenges, so I am super happy that you have continued on in the fashion we are accustomed to. Great tips here and looking forward to hearing about more. Would just like to ask, is that the norvina palette you have used today, look this eye look on you, was wondering if there would be a tutorial for this look please? Also if you have any tutorials for the Born to Run palette, I would love to see one as I just bought myself a very early birthday present of this today!! It's hopefully going to arrive around the weekend sometime! What is that fabby nail colour you are wearing, or is it a combination of a few? Some times if there is a particular shade I would like on my nails (when I get round to painting them!) ill combine a few colours!! Anyways, sorry for the long post, but thank you so much for today's video, it was really needed, so really appreciate it! Hope you're having a fabby day. Looking forward to tomorrows video! xXx
Abigail Porter Hey, I have a question, I occasionally put castor oil on my scalp, but when I go to wash it out I have difficulty doing it without stripping my hair of whatever benefits I gained from the oil. How do I wash it out without ending up either too dry or an oil slick?
@@aquaangel1729 if you're leaving the oil on for at least a good half and jour or more some of it will have soaked onto the follicles. I use a gentle shampoo that cleans but does not strip the natural oils. Massaging the scalp when the oil on is really beneficial. If you're using that regularly then over the course of time you'll notice the difference. With regards to the present maybe using hot oil treatment will help the hair that's already grown out. I try and use as natural shampoo as possible. Currently using a Dr Organics Manuka honey shampoo. Smell lush too!! I hope that helps!? 😁
That nail color is so gorgeous I was distracted half the time 😅 Also thank you for that lid problem solution Tati! I felt like you were talking about me because every single time I go out of house with such elaborate eye make ups only to reach the event and have it all looking like a giant brown glittery halo. Will definitely be trying this out!
You have the best tutorials. You seem to have remained kind and want the best for your audience. We need more of this! When you can be anything in this world, BE KIND! ❤️❤️
I have Frizzy curly hair that I've always had trouble managing, but I've found that only shampooing it 1-2 times a month has really made a difference. I just clean it with warm water and conditioner and it's so much calmer and softer.
Caitlin Marie I have curly/ frizzy hair to. Try a co-conditioner, it’s a condition but it strips your hair of dirt at the same time but doesn’t strip it if it’s natural oils! There is a company called cantu, they do a co-conditioner that I use and it’s amazing! My hair is in such good condition I use it twice a week, it also takes the frizz out of your hair !
i use cantu co-wash conditioner too, then i use a curl defining cream right out of the shower when my hair is soaking wet. definitely keeps the curls curly and the frizz away. (i live in south louisiana where the humidity is usually 90% in 90°+ every day.)
also try to use products that are free of sulfates, parabans, etc. those will build up product on your hair and weigh it down. and i always let my hair air dry (if i HAVE to use a diffuser in a time crunch, i use it on low heat while pressing the cool shot button). if you search the curly girl method on youtube, there are tons of videos and a lot of helpful tips.
that mask thing goes over a sheet mask to easily hold it on.....fantastic!! they're like $5 on amazon. never thought to use it with my own.....I'm totally trying it!
If you search up the store Daiso and find the one nearest to you, they sell the silicon mask for only $1.50!! You should totally check it out, its the same one she has in the video
Nurse Jamie takes Asian gadgets and rebrands them to charge 5 to 10 times the price. I've seen nearly every Beauty Tool she sells in Hong Kong for a fraction of the price.
Tati, you should really try shampooing twice kinda like double cleansing the face at night. First shampoo removes all the product gunk and build up, second shampoo actually cleans the hair. It makes such a huge difference. Your hair will feel so light and clean and airy!
YES! I always do it and people are just gobsmacked how light and gentle my hair is, even though I wash it every 4 or 5 days (it even lengthens the period my hair needs to get oily).
HeyyitzAlyssa I don't use any products either, but the stuff in the air likes to rest on your hair, so I'd recommend you to try it for a week or two and see if it makes any difference.
I also leave in my shampoo sometimes but I just recently chopped all of my long, damaged hair off into a long pixie and can reach my scalp so easily I don't have issues with hair health. I think it's also important not to wear makeup every day to allow your skin to breathe and just pamper with some moisturizer and oil for the eyelashes!
Very informative. As we age we need to take extra care when it comes to our skin care routine and advice like this video helpes me alot, try to mix and blend with other advices i see throughout youtube and sew which one fits me. This video deserves few more parts and views more than a million. Thanks tati for the info, your skin is absolutly amazing and its almost like those asian glass skin.
I'm starting to hate RUclips. And hate is a strong word. I followed A LOT of good youtubers and watched them as I was getting ready. You are the only on I still watch religiously. My boyfriend even laughs and says "Tati" or "Seattle lady" (he lived in Seattle for a couple of years). I always love your content! thank you
I love the tips Tati!! Been doing those hair hacks all my life! Virgin blonde hair, healthy and passed my butt! 😳 I’ve gotta add 1 thing for y’all, finishing your shower with an ice cold rinse to your hair will lock in the shine and close the strands to prevent frizz. 💜🌻💜
I've been back and forth between home and the hospital for 6 weeks now! My mom has a brain tumor (second time she has cancer)... It's exhausting! I love ending my stressful days with a zen tati video ❤ I hope you know how much your video's mean to us Tati 😘❤
Yessss tati! This is exactly what I have been looking for out of youtube. More application technique tips. I feel like youtube has been over saturated with product reviews!!! You are the only beauty youtube I watch consistently so I love these tips! Would love to see dedicated videos like foundation tips. Eye tips. Skin tips etc. Love you Tati 💞💞
TATI!!! You don’t understand!! This is the most serendipitous video! I bought Bridgeo (the charcoal shampoo and the rosarco conditioner) on your advice and using your code. And I have started leaving the shampoo on for a few mins while I wash my body etc. as the charcoal works without lathering to draw out the impurities on the scalp. I am loving doing this and then was so pleased to hear you do the same!!
to do the makeup dilemmas question you can go on instagram story and add a question poll which anyone can ask any question and it is sent to you to see
I absolutely love this! I would love to hear more hacks and beauty tips from you Tati! One thing I struggle with is a nose filled with blackheads. I`ve tried biore strips and toners and cleansers, but I just can`t seem to get some of them out. I`m on a student budget and can`t afford to go to any salons, at least for a few more years. I don`t know what else to do and would to hear if you or anyone else has any suggestions??
anika m. I think it may depend upon the person’s hair type and how often they wash their hair. Eventually if you stop using shampoo, your hair will stop getting as oily. I know some people use conditioner to cleanse their hair. I mean, I personally wouldn’t skip out on shampoo, however it’s not really needed.
If you have back ance just know conditioner will break out your back so flip your hair and with a big hair clip, clip your hair when you put your conditioner in let it sit for about five mins then wash your body. After that flip you head and wash out the conditioner and ring your hair. Helped me so much.
I have been using all those hair tips now for almost a decade. My hair is very wavy (like mermaid waves but frizzy) and the conditioner/wide tooth comb hack is the only way I can wash my long hair without coming out of the bathroom with a medusa fro...So glad to hear other people have these little routines as well!
Tati is my breathe of fresh air in this messy beauty community
Shokh Hossain true
Right? Let’s protect her.
Yeees
When everyone is talking about the "the beauty community", it’s really the same people that’s being talked about over and over again - and I personally don’t think they should be the face of what people thing the youtube beauty community is. My fave beauty youtubers are Tati (of course!), Allana Davison, Chloe Morello, Carli Bybel, Lisa Eldridge (QUEEN, I love her more than anyone else), Teni Panosian and Fleur de Force. And this is just some of them, there are so many good and talented people out there. This is in no way meant as hate, but I just wish people would see that the beauty community is filled with breaths of fresh air - though, Tati really is special ❤️👌🏼
Shokh Hossain I know right!!
How does she have less subscribers than Laura lee . She’s so much more genuine , talented , kind hearted and professional . Tati deserves 5 mil + !
It won't be that way for long lol. Laura is hemorrhaging subscribers by the second.
Not anymore...not anymore. And BTW Tati is expanding our knowledge about beauty and products. And self care, acceptance and confidence. Not dumbing us down with rubbish childish antics.
RIGHT?!
At the rate we’re going...... Tati doesn’t even need to do anything except breathe and she will be passing by here shortly :|
Laura Lee is losing subs by the minute she had 5 million and now she has 4.7
Honestly I really appreciate this. Nobody really teaches videos anymore they just show new make up.. it’s awesome to actually learn how to do it as well as what products are good
Hanachin p
Yes!! Tati is the best!
it's so satisfying that her nails and eye look kinda match
heythisistiana same ❤️🙌🏻
I like the length too, not unusable!
Omg yes please!!!
I worked for a dermatologist for years and microneedling and dermabrasion are the two procedures that I could see a noticeable difference in the patients after two to three visits it's pricy but it works.
jillf24 THIS
jillf24 try ipl or other light lasers, tightens skin n stimulates collagen
Tati, I'm soooo glad you haven't fallen into the "challenges" rabbit hole like so many others have. So many of these beauty gurus just do these insane challenges, that sure, can be fun once in a while, but after a while it's like, "wait, aren't you supposed to be supplying us with info about beauty?" I so appreciate your reviews and tips/tricks, I also love your GRWMs and Product Empties. Changing it up is fun (I thought your mystery box was hilarious and appreciated that it was way after when everyone else was doing that craze), but don't feel pressure to change! I would love an updated nighttime/daytime/spa routine though, used to love when you did those!
krissyf5 couldn't have said it better myself
Totally this! if I wanted to watch challenge video's I'd go to that sort of a channel, for beauty I come here!!
I agree 100%!!!!
Would you consider doing a makeup look for glasses? I never wear contacts and I think the shadow of my glasses sometimes obscures my eye look. Also I have horrible powder transfer to the nosepads and whatnot.
Yes please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Omg! Yes PLEASE!
Yes yes yes!!!!
Would love an in depth skincare routine for am and pm.
YAASSSSS, please do this!
Hélène Kirkkesseli great idea
Hélène Kirkkesseli That's actually a really good idea!
I hope she sees this !!!
yesss this is such a good idea!
Hélène Kirkkesseli YES we could definitely use a queen's advice on how to slayyy!
Tati please do more videos like this, this was very helpful I want to see a part 2
Nichole's Doritis this is a part 2 💕💕
Yes please do that! It's so helpful
yes please I love these videos !!!
Need a tip for how to lessen the marks sunglasses/glasses leave on the nose when we're wearing makeup & the glasses come off.
chris degrazio try putting eyeshadow primer on the top part of your nose before your foundation and it helps it to stay on better.
Thanks. I will def try that. Good looking out
Clear matte nail polish painted on the part that touches your nose works wonderfully.
Extra setting powder on that area :)
Watch Stephanie Lange’s video on it and she explains this thing with a cotton pad which works really well
PLEASE bring back your lists of what you're wearing makeup and nails wise in each video! It's always helpful and I've been missing it and wish you'd bring it back. It's so frustrating to like something you're wearing and not know what it is. Thanks Tati!
I wish she would list her jewelry too. I love the necklace she's wearing. I most likely can't afford it, but I can put it on my wish list.
Thats ALOT of work. Lol.
@@laurenb492 Considering she did it for years until recently, it's not that much work!
I need to know what's on her nails!
JUST THANK YOU FOR A NON-DRAM CHANNEL!!!!!!!! I love your calm.
Right?! I was just thinking that. Tati always handles herself with class and I love that about her.
Yeah, it’s refreshing tbh
ChiChi Rush omg I was thinking the same, Tati is so diplomatic and professional
ChiChi Rush dude seriously! Dayum!
Yes!
You should totally film a complete beginners guide to makeup. And i mean COMPLETE guide, like with product recommendations and everything. I remember when i started getting into makeup i didn’t know anything and tutorials didn’t help much, so it took me a long time to learn. I feel like a video like that would help soo many people
Maite E I would love to see something like that with maybe the best drug store products mayne a simple daytime look .
Rachhloves has a huge series with step by step with high/low brands, and how to use them.
She is pretty good at explaining (having children helps her explain easier).
finally some calm in the beauty community 😌
lol hopefully she stays that way 🙏🏻
I agree...
Kendall Ford amen!
right?
Susan Yara is also fabulous...along with Rene Gothmista
You talked about having bad acne when you were younger... Any tips fors getting rid of scarring? I've finally found a routine that works for me but I have little scars on my forehead that my foundation settles into.
Hannah Cranmer buy a derma roller and vitamin c oil off amazon. Look up why a derma roller is good for scarring bc it's a long explanation
Use Estee Lauder Dark spot correcting night serum! I used to have really bad cystic acne and had many scars on my cheeks after the acne cleared up, and this product was amazing! It's a little pricey, but it really brightened up my skin and got rid of all the scars
Getting treatments by a professional would help most but at home I’ve found that the Herbivore Lapis oil and the Blue Tanzy mask have helped a lot
Vitamin e oil really helped me out x
I have had bad cystic acne and I am now dealing with my scars. Please do not try to deal with pitted scars/texture on your own. It's easy to lighten spots, but it's entirely different to deal with pits and indents in the skin. For my acne scars, I work with a dermatologist and esthetician. I have been getting chemical peels for over a year now and the discoloration in my skin is nearly gone. To fix the pitting, I will be having an esthetician use the derma pen on me. Please do not try using a derma roller at home because you could worsen your scarring.
who else thinks that watching her videos is a relief from all the bs in the community ...love you tati :*
You should totally do a Dear Tati series (Like Dear Abbey) where you answer questions and give tips!
PART 2 PLEASE!!! TEACH THE CHILDREN!!!
Yes yes yes!!!! 😄😄😄😄😄😄
... And we who worshiped the sun in our 30's and now need serious help!! 😂😂😉
Great tips. Re the shower, I just wash my face last and crank the heat down to mild first before I rinse. I make such a mess washing at the sink with it dripping down my elbows to the floor, etc. Gotta do it in the shower, just turn it down to just before too cold. Room is warm by then, so I'm good.
Canon me too
It sounds like such a silly thing, but next time you see those sweat wrist bands - grab some! They keep the water from going down your arms when you wash your face!
Me too, it's the last thing I do in the shower. I make the water luke warm to wash my face, then make the water colder for a final rince of my hair. It's supposed to make your hair extra shiny.
@@aprilhall3683 thats not a silly thingits actually a great idea
I love how unproblematic you are. I think I remember you saying that you felt like you weren’t clicking with a lot of the RUclips beauty community, it worked out in your favor. You don’t act like you are in high school.
Well said!
Your skin is amazing and you always look so polished and put together.
well said!
She so does, i look at her and im like 🤔 what am i doing wrong lol x
Agree! I need more tricks!
She’s legitimately aging backwards and I don’t get HOW
Tati please do more videos like this.
The letting shampoo sit on your hair for a minute or two MAKES A WORLD OF A DIFFERENCE. i have not only the greasiest hair, so greasy that i have to wash it everyday (i tried expanding the frequency between washes, it really didnt help) but straight and super fine which makes greasy hair look super awful, doing that really cleanses my hair and i dont have to wash my hair as often anymore!
yea i have the same exact hair, greasy, thin, straight and blonde so it looks horrible
Try to use a vegan shampoo & paraben-free. It will change your life. I used to have the same problem with my hair but not anymore :)
I’m so glad my week is starting with a Tati video. You’re the most genuine and honest person in the beauty community. I love you so much for that!!
Is anyone else loving this shirt/eye combo? And the nails! This cool mono chrome is WORKING!!
MamaLife Makeup Yes! I need all of this!
gray and taupe on olive toned skin is a game changer
Jane I love bright colors on other people, but taupe and grey are forever my colors for me!!! 💗
Jane haha I'm on my husband's YT account, thats whats up with the name/avatar lol
Beauty community: 🔥☠️💣🔪🔥
Tati: 💕💄🕊🍹
J M why does everyone keep saying the beauty community is a mess right now? Did something happen?
J M - AGREE!!!! Tati - thank you for beeing so professional
A. Kopka-Drzewicka What happened? Are they all fighting with each other?
A. Kopka-Drzewicka yes, love how professional Tati is. ❤️
Madison L a lot of shady things have been noticed by fans that influencers have done some of it is reasonable to be mad at other things are completely
Ridiculous
Tati- bring this type of video back!!!!!! This is amazing!!!!! Want more more more!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Love how the beauty community is in shambles right now and Tati is just being the absolute gem that she is and giving us bomb content 👏🏽👏🏽❤️❤️ we love an uncontroversial Queen 😂
Bethany-Kay Da Silva what is going on with the beauty community? I keep seeing comments about this but I am so lost
This should be a 348 parts series. WE NEED THE KNOWLEDGE!
I love this type of video! Please do a video about how to minimize under eye wrinkles and how to apply concealer/ powder under the eye for aging skin with deep set eyes and wrinkles. I see a lot of videos about eye bags, but not as many about wrinkles and dark circles for deep set eyes.
T Hynson And crepey eye lids!
My smile lines are that of a crazy person. Any tips for those would be great. Also tips on how to create lift for eyes that droop down at the outer corners...like a sad puppy dog.
yaaas we need that info!
Cool tip, I have to try that
I loved hearing your tips and would love a "Dear Tati" live stream! xoxo
I am a hairdresser. We used to teach people, 90 seconds to wet your hair (your shampoo will do nothing unless your hair is completely wet). 90 seconds to wash and 90 seconds to rinse. This will change your life, I promise
I think rinsing time should be longer. I am not a hair dresser but 90 seconds for me is not enough to get all out.
Is this the same for thin, fine and short hair?
I'm a young college student therefore I have super intense undereye circles for various reasons. They're not even really bags, they're just super dark. I think some of it is due to genetics, because both my parents have natural undereye circles, but no matter how many creams, color correctors and concealers I use, it always looks a little purple. If you do another one of these videos, please talk about how to fight undereye circles!
Rachael Poulin same! It's so annoying 😒
Tati doesn't use sunscreen on her face, it makes her break out.
I have combo skin and I wear Neutrogena’s oil free spf 30 moisturizer under my makeup and it doesn’t make me break out or extra oily.
la roche posay sunscreen
Yes! Thank you Tati!!!!
This type of video is why we all started watching RUclips in the first place. It feels like lately all I see in my feed are product reviews.
I have been watching your videos for years, and you are one of the only beauty you tubers that I still LOVE to watch. Thank you for doing what you do 💕
Great video, please do a part 2, 3 or 4 for more skin care tips
Video Idea - One and done lips. You always use five products on your lips, but I want to know what products you think are good enough on their own! :)
treetoppy i second this
One of the only products that is a one and done for lips for me at least is the Loreal Le Matte lip crayons.
Ugh the maybelline matte ink liquid lipsticks are AMAZING. So long-lasting that is super hard to remove them!
Is it just me who is living for the Tati's nailpolish and eyeshadow 😍😍😍😍😍 Tatiii tutorial on this eyeshadow pleaseee!! Love youu 💕 there is no makeup worn under this video 😭
Sarv Sadeghi I need that nail polish!
You are the only youtuber i could watch for hours... like your videos could be an hour long and I'd be like... hold on y'all ... I'll make dinner in an hour. I have to watch tati's video.
Brandi Tingley honestly sameeee
Girl me too! She’s now a part of our household 🤣
haha yep! me too
I love all of these tips.
Please please please do a skincare routine video! Both morning and night routine! Love you so much Tati xoxox
Lucy M B yes your so right she needs to do this please!!!
There is no winning.
your a source of comfort .. ur the best in youtube
I wouldn’t mind more 20 minute videos that show us how to blend out our creases 😁😁😁
Yes!! Same!!
I third this!!!
Daisy Go Out
One of my favorite tips is for eyebrows.
Love you ❤️
YOUR NAILS ARE HYPNOTIZING ✨🔮
New series: Dear Tati! A weekly q/a where you answer people’s makeup/health/skincare questions from insta or Twitter or yt comments!
Erin Mullen yes. I have so many questions to ask!!!!
YES do it like a live stream like you mentioned
I watch her too, I am a huge fan!!!! So thankful for youtube and these ladies!
Yes yes yes! I agree whole 💗 She is the best and I trust her the most . . .right? Pleaseeeeeee Tatiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii
Misty Parsons Yeah it would be fun if she did that again ☺️ tips and hacks series would be great!
How long have u been subscribed to Tati?!?! U must be one of the lucky ppl who noticed in her early days
Jasmine Murfin yes to this!! I only highlight in between the brows and right above the tip of the nose, and it really helps!
I hate how all RUclipsrs recommend those two lines down the side. We all have different nose shapes, and they should be contoured differently!
Miss Krystyna totally, I went through a huge phase of being unable to leave the house because of how ugly I felt, and the nose contour didn't help, I felt like my nose was so bad that nothing could fix it, so yeah, I wish more people would give more advice to those that don't have the perfect nose already.
Oh my god please start putting your nail polish color and brand in the description box cause this one is so pretty!
Marla it's from Essie, Mercury in retrograde!
OH MY GOD THANK YOU SO MUCH
It was in the description box in the last video, it's the same polish!
Gahhhhhh!!! I’ve been trying to get these polishes but they are limited edition and totally sold out.
Marla i was going to say the same!
This is literally my EXACT routine! Love it!
Love this thanks!
**beauty community going up in flames**

Lizzie Madden lmaooo for real. Its been a crazy asss weeek
I only watch Tati. What's been happening?
same lol
Ivory Cherry Love your name😊😘..My real name is Ivory. How about you?
It's like leaving a screaming day care and slipping into a warm bath.
BRING BACK TIP TUESDAY BUT WITH MORE IN DEPTH VIDEOS LIKE THIS
I love the sound on your videos.
Look up asmr 😍
I think if you love doing videos like this, you should do more of them. I know you want your subscribers to be happy with your content, but you also need to make sure you're making videos you enjoy making. Plus, I think it's safe to say most of us would watch pretty much anything you post at this point! XOXO
Can you show us what you use to shave your pits or to keep them light. It might sound weird but I feel like I’m doing it all wrong
Jeanette Ramos laser 🙌🏼🙌🏼
WAXXXXX!!! No 5 o clock shadow left behind for those with dark hair. And nice and soft for longer than a day!!! Pain isn’t the worst either
I wax because if I don’t it grows back in hours and I get ingrown hairs really bad 🤷🏻♀️
Laser!!! 🙏
Wax em! It hurts but it lasts for a month. Very smooth and soft. Hair grows in thinner every time.
if anyone's on a budget, Daiso also has a similar silicone face mask for $2 each ~ i swear by it when I use face masks 😊❤️
Thanks! Much better price for something I am not sure I will use a lot.
Waiting for part 2.
TIP FOR ANYONE THAT WOULD LIKE TO HEAR IT:
Putting Jamaican black castor oil on your hair massage into scalp leave on for about a minimum of 30 mins before washing you hair and it helps strengthen and naturally condition your hair.
@@monicag543 great advice!!
Abigail Porter Thanks for the advice!
Monica G Thank you for the advice!
That nail color is so gorgeous I was distracted half the time 😅
Also thank you for that lid problem solution Tati! I felt like you were talking about me because every single time I go out of house with such elaborate eye make ups only to reach the event and have it all looking like a giant brown glittery halo. Will definitely be trying this out!
Deez 14 we need to know that Nail Color Please Tati Beautiful
Yes Tati, please, what is your nail polish?
Lindsay Acosta I do the same it definitely helps! When I’m on holiday in hot weather I also rinse my hair in cold water which also gets ride of frizz!
@@thinqaboutit5301 omg thanks! That's actually really helpful
also try to use products that are free of sulfates, parabans, etc. those will build up product on your hair and weigh it down. and i always let my hair air dry (if i HAVE to use a diffuser in a time crunch, i use it on low heat while pressing the cool shot button). if you search the curly girl method on youtube, there are tons of videos and a lot of helpful tips.
that mask thing goes over a sheet mask to easily hold it on.....fantastic!! they're like $5 on amazon. never thought to use it with my own.....I'm totally trying it!
YES ON MORE PARTS, TOO!!! thanks, tati xo
TATI! What nail polish are you wearing???? It’s GORGEOUS!!!!
She is wearing Essie Mercury in Retrograde "keep calm"
Damn, I thought it was KL polish in 'charmed'!
@@blogpolar3311 It does look like it. But she listed it in another video the other day.

Please please please talk about this stuff more often Tati! And I would love for you to do a live version where we can ask some questions. Love you!
Tati, you should really try shampooing twice kinda like double cleansing the face at night. First shampoo removes all the product gunk and build up, second shampoo actually cleans the hair. It makes such a huge difference. Your hair will feel so light and clean and airy!
Hairdresser secrets :D
YES! I always do it and people are just gobsmacked how light and gentle my hair is, even though I wash it every 4 or 5 days (it even lengthens the period my hair needs to get oily).
That's what I do to!
Tina Gates do I need to do that if I don’t use product in my hair?
HeyyitzAlyssa
I don't use any products either, but the stuff in the air likes to rest on your hair, so I'd recommend you to try it for a week or two and see if it makes any difference.
Mama Mimi I pray that your mother heals soon. Sending you love and strength.
I’ll be praying for your Mom, and for you.
Mama Mimi I just lost a friend to cancer... I’ll be praying for you and your family
Prayers and best wishes to you and your mum sweetheart!
Finally, a breath of fresh air in the beauty community
These are GOLD tips!!! Thanks for sharing girl 😍😍😍
Love your eyeshadow and your nails
Anna Losechester scanning the comments to see if anyone knows what nail polish color it is lol
michelle same 😆
Please do more videos like this! And about skin care alone!
I would love to see a what I eat in a day/day in my life!
Oh nice I didn't think to leave the shampoo on for a while....I'll try that! Does she still have a code?
to do the makeup dilemmas question you can go on instagram story and add a question poll which anyone can ask any question and it is sent to you to see
I absolutely love this! I don`t know what else to do and would to hear if you or anyone else has any suggestions??
yesss!!! i've been letting my shampoo sit the past few months & it truly makes a difference!!
jholmie I don’t even use shampoo lol it’s so unnecessary
Me too!!!for 3months👍😍
how is it unnecessary???
Same
*I get ready everyday with Tip Tuesday playing in the background; that’s how much I crave for Tati’s tips* ❤️❤️❤️
If you have back ance just know conditioner will break out your back so flip your hair and with a big hair clip, clip your hair when you put your conditioner in let it sit for about five mins then wash your body. After that flip you head and wash out the conditioner and ring your hair. Helped me so much.
Girl, I have the terrible back acne, imma try this and if it works, Ur a life saver
I just wash my face/back last.
I do this too and it helps! Sometimes I don't even let freshly conditioned hair touch my bare back until it dries.
