I’m still working in PDX, and it’s no exception here, terminals are also empty, more employees than passengers. The flights left are empty too. Here at Alaska, they severely reduced our flight schedule for mainline flights (737s and A320 family), down from 60-70 daily, to just 4 daily to Seattle only. Alaska flights to California, Las Vegas and Phoenix are at reduced capacity operating on Alaska’s regional airlines (horizon and SkyWest with E175s.

I work the ramp at IAD and have some photos of our planes stacked up on the parking ramp and photos of empty terminals. I can send them if you would like. We recently started to park them on taxiways yesterday evening.

I work for American Airlines at DCA, the quick return of passengers over the past 2 months took everyone by surprise. We don't have enough employees to keep up with the demand. I expect this summer to be really hectic.

When I visited Reagan in may of last year I flew out of the a gates, and I remember all of the gates were filled, now all of them are empty. The footage of the terminal a baggage area being empty, hit me. I remember we had to squeeze through people to find our bags, now you could roll to your baggage claim.

It is crazy how the airports slowed down from this pandemic. I work at Newark for United and the flights are as low as 5.

so sad.. my mom works for American, she is at DCA and she said only 29 flights per day. Also, DCA is really big, not going to lie. It is really big when I was flying from KDCA to KLGA. It was busy during that time.
