1 of my fave streets for sure, duchess. Love you asking if the Tom Yum is good or not, she's not gonna say "nah it tastes like satan's urine mate" is she lol. I found the Banglamphu place has ruined Tom Yum everywhere else for me though, but when I get to this area again I will check this 1 out. The Moo Krob looked epic too, even if I thought you said you'd retired from eating Moo Krob somewhere recently? Not your normal fare but there's a proper Persian restaurant next to the Hindu temple too if you're ever in the mood to feast yer peepers on it

That's how I like to eat (and cook). That's how "street" food was done back in the day. Wish I could see the labels on those sauce bottles, but I think I can find a way to get the good stuff here in the US, without the sugar and sweetness that most farangs want.

@@theroamingcook Sure. Let me know. I think the ingredients most difficult to find here are fresh lemon grass and fresh lime leaves. There are Korean and Chinese supermarkets here, but they're not alway up on their Thai selection. Might have to do the Amazon thing.

I really enjoy your channel. I like the content and presentation. It could be be better. Every time it cuts to a shot of you addressing the greater public, whilst covering your mouth with a worthless piece of black plastic, (where does plastic come from and where does it all go? 5,000,000,000 a day, how does that work in with being "green" ) my blood pressure goes up and my attention span drops. Set an example. Ditch the mask at all times while talking to the camera. Keep up the good work!
