On April 7, 2024, Awaodori was performed at the 34th Magome Bungaku Mura Oozakura Matsuri held in Minamimagome, Ota-ku, Tokyo. The Awaodori dance performed under the blue sky and full-bloom cherry blossoms was incredibly beautiful.
Awaodori (Awa Dance) is one of the most famous traditional performing arts in Japan, with its history of more than 430 years. "Awa" is the old feudal administration name for Tokushima Prefecture, and "odori" means "dance". Awaodori Festival in Tokushima City is held from August 12 to 15, attracting over 1.3 million tourists every year.

It would be nice if you had a list of Awaodori matsuri’s on mainland and Tokyo posted somewhere. I would have went to this one but was not aware of it.
The only one on mainland I know of is Koenji.
