Sony a6500 user here. I switched from a6000, and had the choice to choose between a6400 and a6500. I chose a6500 cos ibis makes a huge impact. I buy sigma lenses as they are much cheaper, and sony lenses are high priced. But sigmas don't come with stabilization. I should mention that if one is more focused on shooting with prime lenses, better go with a6500 and build your system around it with sigmas. 30mm f1.4 what a lens and just priced at Rs 26000/-, give it ibis and there you have a great system. The one thing i like a6600 is the focusing in video mode which is a kind of gamechanger for filmmakers. Monitoring sound matters when you wanna make something thing professional. Good addition, but not that much required. Battery improvement is one major addition though.
You could have just you could have used a gimbal for that!

I think this was the best practical explanatory review of the different A6000 models - as an Englishman I can speak a little Hindi and fully understood your explanations and logic which made perfect sense. I reside on the Algarve in Portugal where year round we have pretty good sunny weather and for my purposes I shoot basically family photos - day - night - holidays - sport etc and I acquired my A 6300 couple of years ago but can find no justification to upgrade to any of the newer cameras not even the A6400 - I have a number of lenses but my most used daily carry around lens is the Sony 18-105mm f/4 - I also have a Canon 80d which I very now rarely use as I much prefer the weight and size of the Sony

@@shivamsharma-vt6qx sigma 16mm 1.4f for vlogging because it's zoom is less and sigma 30mm 1.4f for normal videos , both have same Bokeh and cab be used for photography and videography both are best for youtube videos

I will buy a 6400 for photography only..and mainly for astrophotography ( i have Telescopes and other Astrophotography accessories for deep sky Astrophotography, so that will not be a problem) , landscape and bird, sometimes macro..I rarely do any portrait. So which lens will be good for that? 18-135 mm review is quite good..I have budget for one lens now..please suggest me.

77D is good but go for M50 unless you want to stick to DSLR

APS-C sized sensor hai A6400 camera ka or E mount lens lagay ga is per . Full frame sensor camera k lens ko A mount boltay hain .they are different sizes mount but I think you can buy some extra mount to connect full frame lenses to aps c sensor camera .but if you wanna use autofocus better stick with E mount lenses for aps c camera

6400 is a good option...i would not reccomend 18 200..
A basic kit lens and 50mm 1.8 will go good job.
However, if you want a zoom lens desperately go for it...

6400 is good enough to make movies and if you can afford, it's cool.... else M50 is a great vlogging camera..!
Sony Zeiss 16-70mm f/4 ZA OSS is pretty cool...16 for wide and upto 70 for portraits..with Image stabilisation ..!

Frankly they are of different price range ans cannot be compared. 6400 is clearly better. However, M50 is more than enough for travel....

I am a beginner photographer. I am into day as well as low light portrait photos mostly. I rarely do videos. Iam planning to buy a6400 and sigma lens but having no stabilization on neither body nor lens is bothering me.
Is it right move or not to go for no stabilization on lens &body for the photography i do?? Will it affect much having no stabilization??
If it doesn’t affect then it’s fine but not.. Should I go for other lenses with OSS or buy a6600??
6600 is now at $1200 and has advantage for battery also so i will not have to buy extra batteries whereas i have to buy 2-3 extra batteries for 6400.

Hi... I recently bought this camera... I filmed but when I transfer vedios to my phone /PC audio was not audible... But it's audible in photos& VLc app .But "how could I edit them vedio along with the audio now"... Pls reply
If you can play it on vlc media player or any player in computer or phone, then use an audio recording app. It will record whatever is played in a system.
Now you have an audio and a video file... Use both to edit..
