    Chithra Madam
    For uppu cheedai we are adding soaked gram dhal It increases the taste and a crunchy feeling. Also for manankombu we add little elachi to the dough

    Please tell in measuring cup. You are using steel glass which can come in different size. The ulad powder can differ as per glass measurements. If using standard measuring cup it will be perfect.
