  • This is the Complete Routine and follow-along training session of 五步拳 · Wu Bu Quan, which can be translated as the 5 Stances Form / Practice. It is well known in the field of Shaolin Martial Arts as a beginners form which is often taught in the very initial states of Kung Fu practice❗️Continuous training of 五步拳 · Wu Bu Quan will strengthen the legs, improves rooting abilities and increase the sense of posture balancing❗️

    There is no doubt that this practice is changing my life in a way that nothing else has. It is literally saving my life... I am in the middle of the desert without a vehicle and struggling with mental distortions... Thank you so much!!!! nothing else has come close to this!!!!

    I just discovered this channel through doing the 20 minute boost your vitality video, am doing that particular video twice a day, LOVE it! Eventually I would like to try these longer videos so as to practice the moves more definitively. All I can say is I’m hooked and wish I was a guy, so I could come be a monk for a year and study, so glad this channel is here! If you ever feel inspired to make any of the shorter flow videos that are 20-30 minutes, that would be awesome. If you have any flows to improve kidney health, that would be great, too. Thank you for your service and practice 🙏

    excellent share and teaching shifu xie xie. though i''m a yang style taijiquan stylist i have paid attention to all Chinese boxing styles and sets i come across. seeing this set done by ur students actually trying and putting in good effort was very satisfying. it mos def reflects on your practical and detailed teaching method. this was a treat to see as i've never seen it before. xie xie

    I remember when I was young, we held each posture of this set as deep as possible, for 3 to 5 minutes, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
    I am 53 now, and I swear, the only reason I can do decent stances now, was from all the Wu Bu Quan in my late 20s

    This is something sir, me and my friend takes challenges doing diff. Physical exercise from aerobics, zumba to indian martial arts, we really felt something in our muscles not instantly but after one day, stiffness which indicates we really did something .....
