TDT intercepted a top secret letter from the lead sandbox and crucible devs over at bungie with regard to Lumina and Boots of the Assembler. It contained a campaign of disinformation for PVP tips.

Also yeah this is absolutely the reason I subbed to this Channel, beyond your clear and excellent builds which you make accessible to people who struggle with understanding the mod system, but the sheer entertainment value from these vids is really worthwhile, you’re doing really good work more people will see that given time
I think the drop in viewer rating is mostly along the lines of destiny falling in popularity. Not much is hapoening! Heck i even went back to d1 to do the taken king and rise of iron because i nwver got to experience it

You forgot to mention using a stasis bond with dual class ability recyclers for the additional 20% class ability energy refund on use. Really helps you have a rift whenever you feel the need to pop one.
If only it would drop for me. RNG for mods is bullshit.

Tbh it's a decent hand cannon on its own too, use this and bottom tree arc or stasis with the turret and you could add damage buffs and a cute little turret every round in trills, basically hard carry that shit man

Lumina + well = easy abilitys
It was a weapon of light, both able to heal and protect you and your allies. A purified weapon from the dark. And you made it into a weapon that you would find in some Bioshock Destiny crossover. All that and with a proper accent that makes me feel put in my place? Yeah I think I'll sub to that.

Lol I ran this all last season but I was stuck on middle tree solar . I never thought to go full scum and run arc souls.... that’s big brain and now I’m mad I never thought of that.

Archibald and Reginald sound like absolute goobers.
This, plus a Wolftone Draw bow with Harmony on it, will make those bow shots be 1 hit kills to the head if the stacking works out right.
Kill with Lumina, fire the noble round for the first buff, switch to the bow for the Harmony buff, free 1 hit primary ammo headshot kills for like 7ish seconds

Rofl love this build. Been using it on the lock since last season. I kept telling ppl that bota boots and lumina are busted..... no one wanted to listen. This build is one of the coolest the game has to offer.
Watching this at 12:42am, my wife & baby are in bed... When you said about the boots sending thoughts & prayers to you allies? I actually choked trying to stop myself laughing loudly! Bravo boys, that one got me good!

HELL YEAH, I’ve been hoping for lumina to become a better weapon, it’s my favourite weapon lore wise next to travellers chosen
That functionality has always been there.
Imagine we get a season in witch queen where dredgen yor comes back somehow, and is constantly trying to kill us because we stole his gun

I like lumina in general. Its my favorite hand cannon in all of destiny. Even got a replica for it

i swear to god my friend just started running this exact combo a week ago and i can confirm it kicks more ass than an Olympic sprinter on crack at an ass-kicking contest, it makes garbage guns into gold and the best guns into a cheese ravioli reserved for only the most disgusting rats on this planet and the next. if you or a friend isn't running this you have personal issues and I hope you resolve them.
i've been using the well of radiance version of this bc i think it's funny when stasis hunters try to super my well and look like dorks when i don't get frozen and body shot them for their troubles
Or if you want a sniper with infinite ammo, Wolftone Draw with harmony, QAS, and lumina's buff will give you enough of a damage boost to one tap with the bow. And since both can generate orbs, HE fire, taking charge, and stacks on stacks continues the fun. Got an undefeated, we ran, ghost in the night match with this build on a shadebinder. Granted I feel sorry for the other team because I think it was a stack of newer blueberries and I got more kills than their entire team before the mercy rule kicked in.
Edit: you still need to aim though.
Finally got a god roll Wolftone with elastic string, harmony, and a draw time masterwork. Has Impulse Amplifier but i'd prefer that over Archers Tempo because it encourages me to follow up with a Lumina shot instead of firing another arrow.
@@infernon been grinding for this for awhile. But the one I have has flexible string and compact arrow shaft with a handling masterwork, Impulse amplifier and harmony.
I actually don't mind the draw time too much and really like the extremely high handling. Almost feels like it has snapshot sights.
I love lumina. I've never changed my build ever. So I'm good.

The only think that i would like it to you is that it heals at every kill like crimson but have an aoe effect to heal near by allies too
Well of radiance+lumina+boots of the assembler will play together really well. constant healing grenade uptime in addition to the bonus damage you can grant your teammates all the time in addition to near infinite rift uptime will make team play really cheesy. the buffs to well making silence and squall do literally nothing to players sitting in a well is also worth mentioning. the only thing to keep in mind when dropping a well is making sure the sword is in cover (not hard to do)

Been using this build with Well of Radiance all last season, with the well buff from this season you become even more of a support than ever.
Absolutely beautiful. I may finally run a sniper in crucible since I haven't touched one since grinding for that broken Crucible pinnacle sniper with rewind rounds long ago.
Considering i've been running that bottom tree arc warlock since it got its buff (GOTTA GO FAST!) i am delighted to have an even more supportive build available to me.

I swapped the sniper for Salvager’s Salvo and used healing instead of empowering rift… oh boy does it work.

This is actually very close to my main PvP build I’ve been running for months! I’m very glad I got to see a variation of it on this channel
I don’t have the Boots of the Assembler yet, but I actually run this on Well of Radiance with Phoenix Protocol instead, which instead of electrostatic surge gives me Benevolent Dawn, which not only keeps my rift up but also my Grenade and my melee! It’s kinda insane I’d recommend you giving it a shot sometime if you liked this build
pheonix protocol requires kills to take advantage of it's perk, and well is a stall super and not the best one at it. Another subclass would be better overall, it's not worth going middle tree and having a bad super just for a rift gimmick that requires teammates to restrain their movement
@@yellowblobby You’d be surprised; most people don’t know how to handle well, cuz all they know is shatterdive, primary duel, or run up melee (top three options I’ve encountered, all of which are stupid). Well against most people makes it so you can run into a duel and make them have to rethink the whole gameplan, which they probably won’t
I can also one tap body in well, a whole subclass gets invalidated (stasis supers are essentially worthless, both me and well will tank you) and you need to spend your whole sniper mag to down me; shotties are okay but then you’re in melee range, and a powered melee will kill you. Well is slept on imo, but that’s me. I personally use it for benevolent Dawn on lumina, super isn’t as important but ability uptime is
I also got the boots of the assembler today, so I run those now with the same loadout
Also wanna note if you’re playing this loadout, I think that teammates shouldn’t stick with you; you stick with teammates. That’s your job, not theirs. Just a playstyle perspective of a well main.
Also consider: Free orbs whenever you cast super, no kills required
@@Nachtstun yes i would be surprised. Because your only argument as to why well would be good is that "most people are complete braindeads". That's not the case in comp or trials, no one will challenge a well even if they know it's a joke. Well is a bubble but worse at it's job. A lot of roaming supers can't beat a bubble but will just kill you in well, you can get one shot by a sniper or teamshot and die in the well (wich makes well as a stationary cap point focussed super extremely bad compared to bubble), all sorts of heavy ammo will be no threat to bubble but will kill you in well.
And bubble is not used much because it is a stationary cap point focussed super, wich has very few good uses. And bubble's damage buff stays on you for a duration instead of needing to be a sitting duck that anybody can just hide and wait from without any risk.
Well is worse than bubble, and bubble is already never used because of it's design.
no one will run at you with a primary or a shotgun and be a complete braindead unless you are in the (very) casual levels wich also explains your choices. Pheonix protocol had nothing to do in pvp, it requires kills on a defensive stationary super. It makes no sense to use it.
Also, those free orbs are there because well can't kill and generate some like all the other supers...
