In this video I use the exotic handcannon Lumina. I pair it with the solar warlock exotic boots of the assembler. This is prob one of the strongest builds in the game netting a 15% dmg buff for you and your team with 100% uptime.

there used to be an old combat medic with dual healing grenades with star fire but with solar 3.0 that got removed

This build is super strong in game modes like zone control in Iron Banner. Curious to see how effective it will be in the next Checkmate mode next season

Would empowering rift and healing not be the better play?

you already get a 15% dmg buff from Lumina. empowering rift would do nothing. they do not stack.

Lumina is great, the only thing a lacks range but when you get the damage going its awesome
