You do know it's the guitar he uses in this album? He had a guitar made with movable frets and it's headstock resembles a banana. Hence the flying microtonal banana.
Amazing. Feels like Baris Manco or Les mogols and very Anatolian at the beginning, keyboard breaks are more less early Lebanese and Egyptian disco sound. There is also an influence from Omar khorshid. This album should definitely be promoted in Istanbul and only address for it is Babyloon.

This was something everyone liked about Tea Party. The difference is, Tea party just fucked around with a few exotic scales. This album goes into full blown alternative tunings of the sort you find in Turkish , Iranian and Kurdish music.

I’ve been trying to find a song that captures just how bizzare but beautifully crisp and funky it is to be on a high dose of psychedelics. This song tucking does it. Orange and green rounded squares funk world of ACID!!

Their music is just so mind-blowing and different from anything else out there. I love how they mix different genres together to create this totally unique sound. The energy they bring to the stage is just unreal too. So thankful to the dude that introduced me to King Gizz, you should check out his band it's called The Doublejumps
Guys,listen up to this little interesting fact : This song based and inspired by a Turkish traditional song -called Türkü in Turkish- and its name is Tatlı Diller Güler Yüze by Neşat Ertaş. Check it out on RUclips.

Twelvety new albums and seeing them in Manchester in June, 2017 is going to be gizztacular.

Nathan Brooks exactly..this is other level of music..infinite music.

Listening to this in celebration of the current breakthrough in controlled nuclear fusion.
Turns out the recipe for nuclear fusion was:
* A reggae bass line
* A turkish folk melody
* A Zeppelin drum beat
* Lyrics about science

Fit tightly like a dovetail
Nuclear fusion

Exponentially in fine feather
We're essentially one being
All the bonds that be couldn't tear us
From eventually fusing tightly
We're essentially one being
Nuclear fusion
Ocean like a moat fortification
Separating me from restoration
My spirit leaves my body in frustration
Flying through the world in radiation
The devil's inside all the detail
The tittle runs wild under veil
Coming together in the pattern
Fit tightly like a dovetail
