Make a loose circle with the gait belt. Lay two sides of the circle on the top of the foot (making a loop to the left of the foot and one to the right of the foot). Put your foot on the perpendicular dumbbell. Fit the loops over each end of the dumbbell and tighten. This makes a tight bind to the barbell on the perpendicular.
Love it! Thanks for the suggestion
Excellent idea, thanks!

Great idea thank you!
Underrated content. Thanks Doc!
Much appreciated!
Great video
Great video. Maybe using an ace bandage for hamstring curls could secure it better?
You are probably right, but it's trying to find the balance between convenience and speed
Can you recommend this with ORIF surgery on lower tibia and fibula bone?
As long as you can do active dorsiflexion, I dont particularly see any contraindications unless specifically specified in the surgical notes/protocol.
