20 years ago my friend's son got into legal trouble, I think he was around 14. While he was in juvie she was told he had "too much testosterone" and they started him on hormone treatment. A year later she was told he had "too much estrogen". Point being they've been messing with the mad scientist stuff for a long time, and as is traditional they started with the most vulnerable children. I wonder how many foster children were victims?
