ভাই USB port Enable করবো কিভাবে। আমি firmware file pen drive এ download করেছি এবং USB Port এ insert করেছি । USB Port detect করে না। লেখা আসে USB NOT FOUND?? আমি administrator এ গিয়ে download এবং USB Thamb DRIVE select করেছি তারপর ok দেয়ার পর USB not found আসে, কি করবো ???

Select admin > Scroll to TPM > get status> Disabled. 11. Select Enable TPM > confirm > Device reboots. 12. After the printer boots up to the ready status, print the configuration page to validate the TPM is enabled, and verify the error is resolved.Never replace the TPM on a unit that shipped with one. The TPM that can be ordered is only available for adding a level of security on the device never had a TPM paired from the factory, a new one cannot be installed for security reasons.
