Big picture, another point towards survival ✅️
Specific to game
- Shocking defending for the first
- Unbelievably slow start, when after last week you'd have thought there'd be a reaction
- Wasted some unreal chances not shown here... against 10 men
Shame couldn't go on to win I feel we have to beat Preston at home next week looking really scary where we are in table
Szmodics is on fire
Blackburn were poor, Argyle matched them in that department but must be thankful that they snatched an equaliser against the ten men... Millwall and Boro did Argyle a favour, but I still think Birmingham and Wednesday will get away with it,leaving Argyle, Blackburn and Huddersfield slugging it out to join Rotherham
Totally agree 👍
Anyone there able to tell us if we were as good as Foster claimed in the post-match interview? These highlights don't suggest that, but at least we got a point.
We came out very slow and deserved to be 2-0 down in 20 minutes, but after that we were by far the better team. We played some of our best football under Foster today in the attacking half, but we are still very frail in defence, we really struggled with Blackburn's counter attack with Szmodics finding way too much space. Whilst they were down to ten men they looked like they had the extra man on the counter when they attacked. Overall I'd say a performance deserving of a win with generally good performances all round (if with a bit too much messing around at the back) which we weren't rewarded with. Miller, Mumba and Forshaw were top class today.
We slaughtered them from minute 20 til the end, had probably 3-5 more chances not shown trickled across the box or slashed wide - players couldn’t finish!
@@hellfire206Ok, thanks for replying, at least most of the other results were ok for us, apart from Stoke. Need a win next week.
@@louieeveritt1386It's a pity the highlights are so short, would have liked to see those missed chances, pity we didn't nab another goal, we only seem to have bad luck these days, or bad skill, I am not sure.
If we were clinical in front of goal it could have been 4 or 5. It was extremely one sided.
As a Preston fan, watching Blackburn struggle against dogshit teams is piss funny. 100% they're getting relegated 😂😂😂😂
Shame Preston lost last game wasn’t it buttercup
This dogshit team supplied your manager …. We also supplied Schumacher to Stoke so justice served…. Up the Argyle!!!!
