I never understood celeb worship and used to think people were lame for it. But this new generation of Stans are something to be studied. It's like every mildly famous person online has a personal army. The guy doesn't even have to scam. He could start a GoFundMe with the title "KSI Challenge: Give me 3 million dollars" and he would reach his goal, no problem.
Personally I prefer progressive ideals, like less hateful rhetoric and more people having a platform. One negative I've noticed though is that part of the more harsh and critical side of growing up was that people who were fronting were insecure, dubious and not worth listening to. The thing is the average person is at least insecure, regardless of other worse qualities or more redeeming ones. So with a lower bar for entry for fame and the idea (not the execution) that negative criticism is toxic it seems it's given a lot of people a barrier to defend an image they admire regardless of its legitamacy. Old celeb worship wasn't really better, I know, but it was at least seen more for what it was and had less people buying all that was being sold.

Since that ridiculously ludicrous interpretation of a possible dumbest failed pump and dump with 0 realistic profit incentive is possible I'm going to assume that that's what happened and call you a scammer for it." It's more like this: I tell you that I'm not a chef, you see that my previous attempts at cooking were failures. But despite that, if you eat my food and get sick, it's your lack of awareness and judgement, isn't it?
@@new_delhi Nope. That's the same faulty logic people use to blame victims of a robbery for not locking their doors. Are people who blindly do as KSI suggests stulid for doing so? Probably. But is the fault still 100% on KSI for actually taking advantage of that? Yes.
Very true. At the same time, if people constantly got food poisoning after buying food from Toyota dealerships: 1. Why the hell are you buying your meals from Toyota? They know nothing about preparing food. 2. You saw that everyone keeps getting sick after treating dealerships like restaurants. Why would you jump at the chance to eat there too? None of this makes sense to me. @@RenegadeVileComparing this to getting robbed is a flawed comparison. People have 100% autonomy over what they want, or don't want to invest in. Especially when dealing with money, any one should look through the history of the person you're taking advice from. I myself have made some money off of crypto, but I was very close to losing it all too. It's like a big pyramid scheme, since you're only profiting off of other people's losses. But yes, KSI should have thought twice before tweeting
Imagine these guys committing armed robbery and telling everyone "Come on, everyone knows we're just joking. Why are you taking this so seriously? Everyone knows who we are and knows we aren't serious"
Its similar to a cable news network, that starts with the letter "F" who gets sued, then in court the argument is "he is just an entertainer, no intelligent person should believe he was telling the truth." So despite it being know in a court of Law, that Tucker is an admitted liar, his followers still believe everything he says. "a fool and his money are soon parted"
This is a false comparison. You're comparing something with definite acts of illicit behaviour, with something that can be interpreted in different variations of law/morals. Could KSI have influenced people to buy certain coins? YES - In your comparison: could guys be capable of committing arm robbery? YES Were people aware of KSI's behaviour around crypto? YES & NO. IF you're in the crypto space you know not to take anything he says seriously. If you're not in the space, NO,, you are thinking he is a serious trader. This is where it gets into muddy waters where any financial investment is a RISK and you must take due diligence before making any decisions. A little research would easily show KSICrypto & KSI was known to not be taken seriously. In your comparison: Did the guys show they were serious and were there signs of it? YES They were armed and committing acts of criminality. They knew what they were doing. Was there clear instructions from KSI for people to buy/sell coins he mentioned he was interested in? NO - In your comparison: Did the guys use gun and force people to handover money? YES To say KSI pumped & dumped and scammed is a far fetch from what happened. There's plenty of occasions where influencers have manipulated their audience into partaking in Pump & Dump schemes. And the evidence from those cases are as clear as glass. All we really have here is, a influencer who like many others thought they knew what they were doing with Crypto. Same way people bet on a team or fighter and then shitpost on twitter about what they think. KSI never once told his followers to buy or sell anything. If he did then you could say he scammed. There would be means. At best all these allegations are coincidental.
So just a note on Jim Cramer - Jim is known for his bad public calls but it’s not an accident that he makes these bad calls. There’s a video from 2006 interview where he literally says, in no uncertain terms, that he manipulates markets by spreading rumours, fake news, making buys and sells to drive price to where he wants it for the winning trade etc. And in this interview he admits he advises all institutions and hedge funds to do the same thing. So, yeah, some people think Jim is a meme because he makes bad calls, and that’s true he does make bad calls, but that’s not because he’s trading those bad calls and losing money, he makes bad calls on purposes to mislead people so he can set up the trade he actually wants to make. He admitted to all of this manipulation in the interview.
Bernd Skorupinski has a video where he shows clips and analyses it. You can probably find the interview by itself if you search around but his video is called something like “How smart money manipulates the stock market’ or something
This is why financial advisors have to be trained & accredited.... market manipulation is market manipulation, whether it works or not. And ignorance isn't an excuse when it comes to financial advice.... there is no way that someone who is posting financial advice to a public forum can claim that they don't expect others to trade on their "advice".

they influence people to buy things. That's it. An influencer will push anything for the right price. It's a glorified sales job. Modern day version of knocking on doors to sell vacuum cleaners or selling perfume out of your trunk.
I don't really think it's about whether anyone thinks it's a good defence, it's about whether we think it's true; which either establishes or doesn't establish intent. I don't think anyone can argue there's no wrongdoing, it's clear that KSI shouldn't have made those tweets and then sold the crypto, but there's a difference between doing that out of ignorance versus doing that with the intention of scamming people. Given KSI's lack of association with scams in past, but proven track record of not being the wisest of people, I'm inclined to believe the former. So, he's wrong, should be accountable in some way, but hardly worthy of comparisons being made to actual scammers out there.

It's not a good defence but a lot of people actually followed the account, and we were around and saw all of the memes. His crypto account was just one of those accounts u laughed at. Nobody really listened. Maybe some people did but thats their mistake lol. He was litterally being a crypto sperg and he was open about it. Nothing he said was ever taken seriously. Thats honestly what splits this debate. People who were there and people who just watch videos and always believe what they see cuz "hey influencers are more often guilty than not guilty so KSI must be guilty". Entire KSI community constantly memed on how bad KSI was at crypto, I'm sure only a special kind of people would take his account seriously, and he was aware of that. Basically, many times when KSI posted about a coin it would go down a lot and he would panic and sell. This was prolly coincidences since I don't he could move the market that much with his account.
I think KSI truly was oblivious to the legal repercussions of posting publicly about financial investments where he is invested. But obliviousness doesnt account for or excuse pump and dumping. Him stepping up to acknowledge what he did, and it being wrong would be good.
Just because he portrays a witless clown on his shows, does not mean he doesn't have a full money hungry team or legal advisors. Stop being so gullible, it's pathetic.
@@Anon_Spartan i dont give a shit about the guy, he just seems so oblivious and dissociated from how the real world works that he doesnt seem to understand the consequences of his actions.
The best thing is to think about pump-and-dumps as fraud; there's the act of fraud and then the related damages. If a coin didn't pump very much before it gets sold, it doesn't make it less of a pump-and-dump, it just reduces the scale of damages related to the pump-and-dump. Certainly less harm done but not less fraudulent.
It's literally explained in the video. High volume means more idiot KSI fans were converting their money into worthless crypto, and KSI and other holders were selling their worthless crypto for slightly less worthless USD.
Elon Musk did it at a much higher scale with BTC and Shiba, KSI's crypto account was constantly getting clowned on for his takes by his followers and even Zilla himself years ago. He was very open talking about how much his lost in many of his videos with crypto and to never listen to his takes.

Don't think you really understand the context. He would post about these things 1000 times. These times this happened is when his coins crashed and he panicsold a couple of hours after the tweet. I can understand how this looks for someone who wasn't around on twitter at this time, but there is no way he was pump/dumping on these three occasions when the price actually went down. His tweets did not move the market, and of the 1000's of tweets about crypto, three of them happened to be on a bearish day and everyone kept selling and he sold with them cuz of panic.
LMAO at the Jim Cramer comparison. If someone ever compared me professionally to him, I'd cry before doing everything I could to be better at my job. @@tjtomax I’m not saying the people that ended up investing in what he said were smart, but even common scams target people that don’t really know better. As an influencer, especially such a large one, I feel like the standards for misleading people, knowing or otherwise (if he actually DIDN’T mean to scam them) should be higher than most other people.
You basically trying to fight physics. Is like saying ads doesnt work or just works on dumb people. Tons of very successful companies use ads. Influencers getting ad deals and stuff and living of it is not a myth. Like it doesn't matter who follows those ads or advices, people do it. As the question how terrible crime it is? I'm not sure, definitely it's unethical, that should be clear even to a horse. Overall having so much money and followers is crazy that ppl do such stuff@@tjtomax
@tjtomax There are a lot of people who blindly follow personalities. They ask for dating advice, college course advice, career advice etc... and from the post Tweet spike also buy crypto.
KSI knows what he's doing, he knows his words have an effect, and thats the whole point of them. Otherwise he wouldnt say a word. Someone (in a position like KSI) who actually, truly didnt want an effect to be had, would just make their moves and not say a word, like the rest of us. Which leads to the inly conclusion left, he does it (posts his tweets saying what he says) for the effect it has. Simple
I think the issue here is that KSI is broadcasted across a large audience, even if he didn’t intend to pump and dump, the potential ramifications of his actions needs to be recognized and regarded as unacceptable going forward. It’s one thing to explore opportunities to prosper from the market, but not through underhanded and deceptive tactics. What KSI did (regardless of intent), is considered exploitative. People need to hold him accountable for his actions so he betters himself going forward, otherwise we’re setting a standard that increases the potential for abuse.
Bro and the crying laughing emojis just add to the obvious façade he's presenting and its so embarassing. Like an "haha all chill I dont really care this is all just a joke"
If you attempt to scam someone and they refuse to believe you, it doesn't make it morally correct (not a scam). There's a difference between "I don't know much about crypto" and making the conscious decision to tweet out that youre buying a coin that youre not. If he was really trying not to scam anyone and genuinely didn't know, he wouldn't have tweeted. That's a decision he made.
He used an alternate twitter account with a much smalller following. He claimed it was not financial advice, sold when low and bought high. I think we are pulling at straws here.
One of the examples which showed him selling low and buying high is wrong since he was given the crypto for free so he makes a profit even if he sells it lower than the price he received it at.
I think in a zero context situation you're 100% correct with your implication, but in context, we're talking about following investment advice from a guy known for buying a purple Lamborghini and being openly honest about not being the most intelligent individual. I think that begs the serious question of why anyone would give a crap about crypto advice from such an individual unless they're too young to know better, in which case they shouldn't have access to crypto investments anyway. There has to be a line wherein following internet advice from different levels of reputable or lacking therein sources changes from being swindled to just pure silliness. I think it's worth considering that we should both be discouraging influencers from doing things like this (in ignorance or not) but also teaching people to be more internet aware.
For it to be a pump of dump the price would’ve had to go up when he tweeted. It didn’t. Hour by hour chart shows KSI’s tweets were after the stock rose over a 24h period, and his tweets usually came while the stock was beginning to fall again.
@Coffeezilla Agree... it's like a person shooting someone, and missing, but then saying "I didn't do anything wrong because the person didn't die." Intentions are everything.
imagine the general public being so stupid and void of any responsibility that theres a term for it that makes them a victim, "pump and dump scam" 🤣🤣 bruh just say ur a melt who cant think for themselves
KSI: "I can't help that I have people that follow what I do lmao" Well was it necessary to create a crypto twitter account and post these online? He is literally spreading the information himself and then saying he has no control over it 😂
It actually wasn't, because the volume of XCAD being bought actually didn't rise at all due to KSI's tweet. It was rising by itself that day, which prompted KSI to buy in, and later SELL at an incredible loss of around 450k. Coffee is a view chasing d*******. Never trusting any of his videos again.
CoffeeZilla mentioned "he still has some XCAD still held...it doesn't really change the core accusation". It not an "interesting fact", it very much matters how much he is holding and it does change "the core accusation of whether he pumped and dumped". It he held a significant amount after the so called "pump" then it wasn't a dump. If he holds some to this day, it further proves KSI is a wishful thinker regarding XCAD and just dumb when it comes to crypto. . CoffeeZilla said he "Pumped and Dumped his fans". He created a separate twitter for his crypto stuff. Did not tell his fans "follow this new twitter", did not "pump" these coins on his main twitter or youtube where he had more than 10x the reach. In the following 12 weeks of the tweet which mentioned "hodlGang" which was the only suggestion of a so called "pump", the price of XCAD was above the tweet price for 6 weeks and below the tweet price for 6. This proved two things, KSI had little to no affect on the market and that people had more than enough opportunity to make money on $XCAD after KSI's tweet. I respect Coffee a lot but this video was just not it. Had he provided hard evidence and analysis like he has done in the past, I would have no problem calling JJ out. The evidence Coffee had was very weak and he was glanced over a lot of things and context. He did not go into depth with a lot of things and did not provide viewers with important information. It just came across as "Here is some weak evidence I have and since I am CoffeeZilla, you have to believe me that KSI is a scammer". Many things were seen with the lens of "guilty" instead of with a fair and unbiased view.
He also did the opposite of what he said which makes it irrelevant. So either he was just tweeting shit he doesn't believe for no reason (so deceiving his audience) or he was tweeting stuff he wanted them to believe (deceiving his audience).
There are financial disclosure rules that require professionals to say if they own a security and if they plan to buy or sell within the next 48 hours. I would expect them to follow those disclosure rules.
I don't know what is so hard to understand... Use your audience to manipulate a market one way or the other should be criminal... The markets are inherently flawed based on the ability to do this... They are no longer tied to reality.
I can’t believe all of coffees fans think a 10k follower twitter from a guy that the whole community clowned actually had influence on the price action of 100M dollar market caps. 🤦♂️🤦♂️
To be fair, if every trade and tweet I made lost on the market, I might start doing the opposite of my tweets. But, as an influencer, especially in the world of crypto, those tweets make enough of a difference that it's just not right to do, especially when if it does work, it's his own fans that lose money...
not defending him, but in the "crypto influencer" space, it's actually the opposite. No one takes any crypto twitter account seriously, everyone makes memes about stupid coins
genuine question - never traded crypto, never bought crypto, never will but why do people act like these influencers are forcing people to buy things? people have their own minds and control
Let's also not ignore who the man is friends/does business with; Logan Paul is one of the biggest scammers on the platform and he defends him. That alone exposes his morality. I'm also tried of all these big influencers feigning ignorance to escape consequences.
No, no, you don’t get it. Everyone knows if you rob a bank, then you gamble it all away, you’re then granted immunity for the robbery. Or at least that’s how his braindead fans seem to think it works.
most ksi fans will acknowledge he was stupid and reckless tweeting about it. his fans tear him apart for days on his subreddit. they are extremely critical of him.
Someone robs a corner store and only gets a roll of quarters just means they're a bad robber, not that they didn't do the crime. (yada yada dollar threshold for offenses, etc.)
this is a huge issue in personalty with influencers, they all need to understand they are far more influential - coffee is right they need to share the responsibility
You and I both know his tweets were definitely intentional and the fact he’s acting so negligent to what he’s done says it all. But as always, these guys will get away with it even if it wasn’t successful…..
I completely agree about the influencer part and yeah most of the people who followed his crypto account knew to do the opposite of what Ksi did because he's just so bad a crypto. But you are right about some people might not know and they followed his moves. He should know that even if you do have not financial advice in bio people are easily influenced, I don't personally think that pump and dump made by Ksi is intentional because he himself sometimes says that because people are profiting of the opposite of his tweets he will also do the same not realizing that is a pump and dump because a scammer won't buy or invest in a coin he pumped and dumped. I just think he is not Logan Paul.
Crazy the dude actually admitted to pump and dumping without realizing by claiming he thought “he got trolled” and so he counter tweeted to his impressionable audience
I agree with Coffee that you shouldn’t be trading against your own tweets if you are an influencer. I’m not sure the level to which KSI was acting maliciously, I wouldn’t be surprised if his explanation was true or if it was a lie. Ultimately, I think what he did was wrong but also not close to as bad as other actors in this space.
This is pretty much my stance on this as well. I 100% agree with coffee on everything he said, but I would like to believe he was not acting with malicious intent. But I am a bit biased as I am a big sidemen fan.

Holding people to an ethical standard rather than to the specifics of a certain trade is 100% correct. Saying that a certain pump and dump is okay because it failed and the person running it lost money is like saying that people shouldn't be held accountable for attempted murder if they didn't actually succeed in murdering someone. What we need is a framework for ethics that is applied consistently, and which takes outcomes into account, but is not completely dependent upon them for determining culpability.

but his intentions was never to pump and dump and he made no money out of it so this analogy is just wrong. He buys and sells the coin alot and tweets about it alot and the one time he sells around the time he tweets he is a scammer and is pump and dumping? make it make sense pls
this is the problem I dont think he fully gets, by very definition if you are an "influencer" you influence people, even if you are joking and meming, that is still influencing your audience... the second he tweets about anything its influencing that thing.. Its the same with anyone with a platform, and thats what makes it dangerous... A joke can be taken seriously by like 5% of people and thats hundreds or thousands of people impacted
its because its a fucking alt twitter account, not his main account. Meaning to say, he has never promoted his alt twitter acc to his yt which is where the tweets came from, so how could a small twitter acc without his face nor his name, never promoted can cause such influence on the price action. Maybe if he posted all this on his main social media accounts then ye
One major defense KSI does have is, his whole Crypto side, most of his fanbase didn't know it existed until he lost all his money on LUNA. KSI's Crypto twitter as a whole is a "if you know you know" type thing. He may have tweeted about these cryptos on his crypto account, but never did he market this to his entire fanbase, which he easily could have to make a LOT more money.
I don't know what's more concerning. The degree to which KSI estimates the stupidity of his fans, or the actual stupidity of his fans defending him online... Not even children are THAT dim...
People who take an influencer's word seriously get what they deserve. And people need to start thinking for themselves and take accountability too. This is one of the curses of free will. It works for both good and bad situations.
I've been watching KSI's content for 10+ years. Whenever large amounts of money is available and to obtain that money unethical actions are required. KSI will do them. The biggest example I can think of were FIFA coins. I suggest you should do some digging of his past in 2012. On another note KSI been in the spot light for years. There is no way that he doesn't know that he will be able to influence markets based of his appearance.

@@ohko3892we definitely should be including the fact that the advent of the internet has provided media and media figures a way to interact directly with “customers”, in this conversation. Since that ridiculously ludicrous interpretation of a possible dumbest failed pump and dump with 0 realistic profit incentive is possible I'm going to assume that that's what happened and call you a scammer for it."
It's like if someone said you attempted murder when you hugged them, you are just so weak and bad at murder that you were unable to choke them with your hug but they can interpret it as attempted murder so that's what they're going to do and now they will make a video to millions of people using your name since you are super famous to get millions of views while calling you a murderer in the title and thumbnail just to levy the claim that you attempted murder by hugging them. Think about the damage done to your image and reputation thanks to them trying to get views off of your name, that's what coffee has done here to KSI.

It's more like this:
I tell you that I'm not a chef, you see that my previous attempts at cooking were failures. But despite that, if you eat my food and get sick, it's your lack of awareness and judgement, isn't it?
@@new_delhi Yea not really, you sound like you are defending KSI.
@@new_delhi Nope. That's the same faulty logic people use to blame victims of a robbery for not locking their doors. Are people who blindly do as KSI suggests stulid for doing so? Probably. But is the fault still 100% on KSI for actually taking advantage of that? Yes.
Very true. At the same time, if people constantly got food poisoning after buying food from Toyota dealerships:
1. Why the hell are you buying your meals from Toyota? They know nothing about preparing food.
2. You saw that everyone keeps getting sick after treating dealerships like restaurants. Why would you jump at the chance to eat there too?
None of this makes sense to me. When you hear an Indian voice making an unsolicited call and claiming to be from Microsoft, you instantly know it's a scam -- how are those same O B V I O U S red flags going completely unnoticed all the time with crypto scams? Are people just getting blinded by greed or what's happening?
@@RenegadeVileComparing this to getting robbed is a flawed comparison. People have 100% autonomy over what they want, or don't want to invest in. Especially when dealing with money, any one should look through the history of the person you're taking advice from. But yes, KSI should have thought twice before tweeting
Imagine these guys committing armed robbery and telling everyone "Come on, everyone knows we're just joking. Why are you taking this so seriously? Everyone knows who we are and knows we aren't serious"

So despite it being know in a court of Law, that Tucker is an admitted liar, his followers still believe everything he says.
YES
Were people aware of KSI's behaviour around crypto?
YES
To say KSI pumped & dumped and scammed is a far fetch from what happened.
He admitted to all of this manipulation in the interview.
you got a link? would love to watch
Oh so that's why people (in the past) would put disclaimer "this is not financial advice"
@@donlad I didn't say KSI was ignorant, I said he can't use ignorance as an _excuse...._ I think he knows exactly what he's doing & how bad it looks, so he's trying to play it all off as _"I don't know what I'm doing with crypto, I'm just a.dumb streamer."_
The point I was making is that playing dumb might work with his followers, but it doesn't work in the real world... you don't "accidentally" pump & dump assets. The law doesn't care _why_ you engaged in market manipulation, it's only interested whether you did it or you didn't.

So frustrating how many people think "Me a dum dum" is a good defence.
Its a defence of mal-intention. The difference here for me is I don't believe he was malicious but I agree with the comment made that you just shouldn't tweet the opposite as you will have influence as a celebrity. Like it doesn't make me view him as a bad person

CoffeeZilla mentioned "he still has some XCAD still held...it doesn't really change the core accusation". Bro has no idea what he is doing". No fan came out saying "KSI scammed us". When you get scammed you don't need a coffeezilla video to inform you that you got scammed.
. The final coin was not even worth mentioning. Just diluted the any value the rest of the video. 25k compared to the 850k accusation. The question is whether he scammed for 850k which I have shown above he did not. 25k is such little money for KSI and any scammer that the chances of him trying to scam for 25k are far less than him being stupid with crypto.

KSI knows what he's doing, he knows his words have an effect, and thats the whole point of them. Otherwise he wouldnt say a word. Someone (in a position like KSI) who actually, truly didnt want an effect to be had, would just make their moves and not say a word, like the rest of us.

No where near a p&d
@@sqardforlife268 I don't know why you would pretend like it isn't. Are you a fan?
Xcad at peak ksi tweets xcad is looking good.
It starts to go down, he sells.
Coffeezilla:- he asked people to buy and selling.🤓
That was quick.
(I also don't buy his story. He's too big of a creator to not know his words, or tweets, have market-moving power.)
Yeah I’d imagine the sales of prime have taught him that haha I don’t buy his act one bit.
Generally crowd mentality, fomo and mental retardation are the main reason people blindly follow influencers
When you use lies to make money, it should be considered a scam.
Let's also not ignore who the man is friends/does business with; Logan Paul is one of the biggest scammers on the platform and he defends him. That alone exposes his morality.
I'm also tried of all these big influencers feigning ignorance to escape consequences.
hes literally logan pauls business partner. like how is anyone surprised
*KSI’s* response is weaker than my _will to live._
Don't then
Just like his loss against Tommy Fury.
There’s no real defense to trading against your promotions. You don’t need to “know” crypto lmao
I don't know where you get off trying to dunk on any scammers, dude. How many grifters have you promoted over the years?
Coming back two days later to say;
lol. lmao.
It is incredible that people do not go in jail for scams like this
Because it happen in cryptocurrency.
Unless you really success creating damage to other party.Nothing will happen to you
What about counter trading is scamming? He doesn't have mind control.
You’re my favourite RUclipsr, dude. You’re so upfront, you’re never in it for yourself. Don’t ever stop what you’re doing. You’re an absolute legend ❤
“I lost the illicit gains later” is not the defense KSI think it is.
What gains? How do yo uknow he made money? Do you know what is entry price was? No. Stfu.

No, no, you don’t get it. Everyone knows if you rob a bank, then you gamble it all away, you’re then granted immunity for the robbery. Or at least that’s how his braindead fans seem to think it works.
Being far too generous. KSI knew what he was doing. How naive they pretend to be when found out.
LOVE the side channel. Thank you, Void.
The people in the comments blindly defending KSI and not excepting any (even potential) criticism of him is exactly why this is a fucking problem.
most ksi fans will acknowledge he was stupid and reckless tweeting about it. his fans tear him apart for days on his subreddit. they are extremely critical of him.
One does not say 'HODL' and switching his mind almost instantly. That defense is bs.
I just think he is not Logan Paul.
ksi pulling an sbf "sry i was dumb lol"
Crazy the dude actually admitted to pump and dumping without realizing by claiming he thought “he got trolled” and so he counter tweeted to his impressionable audience
Your money your choice people always love to pass the blame
His tweets had zero effect on price action or volume
Zilla showing people who don't understand insider trading, that they are doing insider trading.
You are not sure if malicious intent was involved with promoting something while doing the opposite?
@@AnDr3w066 his explanation is plausible. I’m not saying it’s true, IDK, but it isn’t out of the question. We agree it’s bad, I’m just not sure the extent to which KSI knew that what he was doing was wrong.
Yep, don’t trade or don’t comment. Very simple ethic choice, if it’s hard for you to follow then basic honesty seems hard for you.
Avoid that person
@@thelyonking5812 its really not. A grown adult knowingly lying something especially regarding finances which he conveniently profited off. Come on now. No better than logan paul defense
Loving the massive amount of coffee content
If you rob a store and only get $20 it’s still a crime
One of the biggest "Influencers" on the planet doesn't he have
massive influence? KSI is such MFer
"my attempted crime was not successful, so it shouldn't count" is a hell of a defence lol
How the hell did shitposting became a crime.his crypto account clearly states you shouldn't take financial advices from him and we fans know how bad he is with crypto as he had mentioned it about 100 time how much he lost with crypto.
And the point of influencers shouldn't post about crypto baffles me
@@arfatdeshmukh3587 Clearly posting about crypoto isn' the issue (owning a knife isn't an issue by it's self either) - I mean, that's what Coffeezilla does. Doublespeak isn't a get out jail free card either and it's not an immunity ticket. Even if he's bad a crypto it doesn't explain his confusion between the words "sell" and "buy", or that his actions perfectly fit a pump-and-dump scheme on multiple occasions. Maybe he's just bad at pump-and-dump schemes.
@@Sovvyy maybe you don't know that it has been debunked on the pdf and by xcads owner that it wasn't pump and dump
Or just like coffee you cherry picked the topics from the pdf
@@arfatdeshmukh3587 You're the one saying it is has been debunked. I'm saying "maybe". Xcads owner clearly has vested interests and they are not infallible. So who's cherry-picking here?
@@Sovvyy coffee says influencers shouldn't talk about crypto and ironically he himself was interacting with ksi in that period of time what a hypocrite he is
Holding people to an ethical standard rather than to the specifics of a certain trade is 100% correct.
This 100% reaching. Coffeezilla is clout chasing.
@@Dimmaryhe’s not
@@HAZARDorDMF he is and has already done so in the past. More precisely 4 years ago on his failed original channel where he was blasted for poor research and clout chasing. but his intentions was never to pump and dump and he made no money out of it so this analogy is just wrong. He buys and sells the coin alot and tweets about it alot and the one time he sells around the time he tweets he is a scammer and is pump and dumping? make it make sense pls
huge reach and cant believe these comments honestly@@Dimmary
I think one of the most obvious comparisons is that if he did the same thing with a stock, it would be illegal.
But it's not cause it's crypto so 🥱🥱
not really. you have to disclose that you're not financial adviser and don't ask people to buy.... which he did
this is the problem I dont think he fully gets, by very definition if you are an "influencer" you influence people, even if you are joking and meming, that is still influencing your audience... the second he tweets about anything its influencing that thing.. Its the same with anyone with a platform, and thats what makes it dangerous... A joke can be taken seriously by like 5% of people and thats hundreds or thousands of people impacted
He knows that. 100%. But he thinks that pretending to not know that and stating that he's dumb is a valuable defense. Which it's not.
its because its a fucking alt twitter account, not his main account. Meaning to say, he has never promoted his alt twitter acc to his yt which is where the tweets came from, so how could a small twitter acc without his face nor his name, never promoted can cause such influence on the price action. Maybe if he posted all this on his main social media accounts then ye
@@KanarkNights God, you're naive af.
Plays the “clueless and Idk what I’m doing” defense lol classic
One major defense KSI does have is, his whole Crypto side, most of his fanbase didn't know it existed until he lost all his money on LUNA. KSI's Crypto twitter as a whole is a "if you know you know" type thing. He may have tweeted about these cryptos on his crypto account, but never did he market this to his entire fanbase, which he easily could have to make a LOT more money.
So insider trading?
