really helpful and to the point testing - saved a lot of time diagnosing clock spring, horn switch, relay, fuse box and control module. Confirms the age old car issue of a bad ground giving probs. thumbs up
muchas gracias por enseñarnos una de los problemas mas difíciles ya que mucho explican muchas otras cosas meno esta que es la forma mejor de resolverlo y bajo costo sigue así gracias :)
Nice work! I have a 2005 GC (same color) with a barely-working horn. The kids get a kick out of it but I believe it needs to be fully functional for safety regulation reasons. Either way, this was tremendously helpful. Be well. Continued success and best wished from Canada.
The horn on my 2007 dodge grand caravan st is going on intermittently and staying on. I swapped the relays in the fuse bo and the same is happening. Where is the switch? Is it a part of the air bag cover or a separate part. Thanks in advance for your help. No air bag light and cruise works
So I heard your relay click when you pressed the horn, mine doesn't click but I know the relay is good because I can swap it out with another one and still get no click. Am I looking at a clock spring problem then ?
No. Sounds like your TIPM module is going bad. Around 2008 or 2010 new style caravans came out with total integrated power model instead of old style relays like my 2005 have. Your problem is probably in that TIPM. Unfortunately it is not a cheap fix. Look up TIPM in youtube search and you might find more help
The best part was when your wife asked if it was going to fall on you…….lol
Great video !

Thank you for the kind words
Thank You, our horn now works. We were lucky our tire didn't need to come off.
Glad to hear everything worked out well
Thank you for the kind feedback Glad it helped
You the man! Solved my horn issue!
Wow this guy is good full explanation of the whole process thankyou so much
Glad it helped
Remove relay touch 12 volts from battery to bottom left of relay socket if the horn sounds don’t botter to disassemble the headlight etc.
Buen trabajo!! 👍
Interesting! I will try that!
Hope it helps you. Good luck

Check the fuse first. If fuse is good then next step is horn switch or clock spring or broken wire.
Does the horn ever go off intermittently? Like in the middle of the night. That is a problem my gf 2010 T&C has
