We are going to leave Dubai and catch a flight to New Delhi. During the video I will also jump on my computer and I will show you how to apply for a 30-day, 1 year or 5 year tourist visa for India. It's actually super simple and cheap.

Hi Gabi. That is an amazing visa deal for India. Good to see some real competition happening to attract vistitors. I've been to Sri Lanka three times but never made it to India. The airport looked really quiet. It was the same when I touched down in Saigon in May. Deserted terminal but it was a public holiday. Looking forward to your next installment.

Namaste Gabi!!! Awesome vlog and info. Yes, 5 yrs Visa is back in action. I've lived in Bharat 94-99. At 1st I had tourist visa, that was a big mistake. Nevertheless, in 1995 I went to Europe and obtain 5yrs , multiple entry visa. Moreover it was free (!!!) as well since I was at the time a 'hindu monk'. Now, I'm thinking of going to India for longer and this news are just made my day Gabi dude!! Thanks again for your effort and for sharing. Sharing is caring. Respect . I wish you a beautiful day. I get my 5 years e-visa in 2019, before covid. During the lockdown I was in India for more than 2 years without leave the country. Now I'm in India again, between Nepal and Bhutan. They call Siliguri the northwest gate of the Himalayas.
Gabi, I've been to incredible India twice -- 2 weeks in 2018 and 6 weeks in 2020 (north, central and south). Your amazing videos are bringing back memories and emotions from those trips. I'm sure when I finish watching the series, I'll watch them all again! I also plan to relive my trip to Thailand through your videos. Thank you!

USA and Japanese passport holders get 6 months in entry. Also when getting SIM card at Airtel store always count your change. They usually always give the incorrect change back.

Gabi. I love India. I have been there once, in was in 2015. I visited Goa, Jaipur, Ahmedabad and Mount Abu where I attended a week retreat meditation in an Ashram. Very powerful. I sm o planning to go again in 2024 I hope to get a 5 years visa. Because in few period of time I will be retired. So, I want to travel around India. God bless you brother. ❤

Very helpful on the 5yr visa - will try for that. I motorcycled 12000km loop in India 5 yrs ago and hope to head back for a month in Feb and then back in June for the Leh route. Love India. (Note the 5yr comparison to the Thai elite visa not so relevant as the Thai elite you dont need to leave after 90 or 180 days etc). Safe fun travels

This visa is not meant to be used like a continuous visa so at any time a immigration officer can denie your entry if you are having continuous exit and entries

In the US that hotel room would be over $90. A meal at McDonald's of fries, a hamburger and drink is over $9.00. In India you can eat Biryani for less than $5.00. Biryani is so delicious!!! India is still very reasonable.

Paharganj is the not quite safest area especially for Girls if they visit Delhi 😓 Karol Bagh is still bearable or else metropolitan hotel in C.P near Bangla Saheb Gurudwara is better option... that is like 10 -15 mins drive from paharganj...Tbh Way better option & quite safe too

The documents have very weird size and format requirements.
Argentina has a five year Visa option. And I had a ten year visa for China prior to the 2008 Olympics.
Metro from airport to city would be a good option.

My first trip to India was back in 2009 and at that time there was already a five year visa but I'm Canadian and we had to apply in person. There's no option to apply electronically. I just checked and the five-year visa for Canadians has gone up to $248!
In India, all visa norms are totally on a reciprocal basis with the respective country. No offense (and obviously, it's between the governments), but "How You Treat is How You Get Treated".

A lot of countries have this, even the US and UK, allowing for multiple entries (US is 10 years). You cannot stay 5 years with this visa, you can stay a maximum of 90 days. It is multiple entry for five years. Please do not mislead people.
