Most of those will be at best lukewarm by the time they're handed out. And they don't look remotely appetising to me. And the hygiene leaves a lot to be desired.
All the partial packed ones are kept over the hot-plate but on lower temperature zone (on the left side of the maker) such that those doesn't get burned or over-cooked. I am sorry that you didn't realize this simple thing. As far as your appetizer goes, hell with you - who cares; there are a plenty lot who cherish this stuff rather than one from Big-Mc and others.

We use to have what I called the hole in the wall grills everywhere that had great food but no longer exist due to McDonald’s and other so called fast food. If they really knew what was in it they would run to eat this meal. It’s culture bias. And everyone has it no matter where you’re from.

You would have to have the stomach of a billy goat to eat this food. If you have a severe case of constipation then this definitely open up the flood gates.

I know that this is not very hygienic but you have to remember that this is normal to them. I’m pretty sure 90% of street food places are like this. Have I ever been to these places, no but I can’t sit here and talk about it because if I did go I probably wouldn’t try them but then again I might. My husband is in the Marines and he said that over there they would bring food in for the soldiers and it’s considered disrespectful to not take the offering and so my husband has told me that the majority of the time it was decent but you did have some times that the whole platoon became very sick. Thankfully he only really got sick from eating a goat but he also said that they time he did get sick he actually had the flu so he can’t say 100% that the goat was the cause of him being sick.

You can spread germs even using gloves guys. I used to work at Mcdonalds many years ago and the cooks did not use gloves. They had a sink there tho and washed their hands often.
