I think it’s a very good thing that Kim got what she deserved, but I also think she should have been charged with destruction of private property for not only breaking office windows but for also damaging OP’s car 😒
Omg! So the title means what I thought it did, (I haven't heard the story yet). I'm childless, can't have children of my own because of surgery for cervical cancer. My niece, who is only 6 years younger than me gave birth to gorgeous identical twin girls. My niece is half Indian and half Scottish (of Scottish immigrants), her husband is half Italian, have English (again Immigrant ancestry). We joke about the young of the twins being white like me. And looking a little like me. BUT, I would NEVER in a MILLION YEARS have asked her for that baby, just because I was childless. They're my Great nieces, along with their younger sister (who's a complete Mini Me of my niece in every way), and I love them SO MUCH. But, they're not my birth children. This woman in the story is absolutely BAT SHIT CRAZY!! SMFH!🤦🤦😲😲😠😠🖤🖤
"Nobody is using it" is the dumbest excuse for using a disabled parking spot... It is freaking supposed to stay vacant for when a disabled person arrives.
Also, if someone *was* using it, parking there wouldn’t be physically possible in the first place since the other person’s car would be in the way. The only time you can use *any* parking space is when no one else is using it-they’re not exactly shareable, you know.
Many years ago, I took care of a disabled woman with a wheelchair and a car with a disabled placard. Drove her in her car to a shopping mall and all the disabled spots were taken by non placarded cars. Had to park several rows away and push her in her wheelchair. The shopping mall didn’t have anyone enforcing the law and only provided the disabled spots because of legal requirements. Really hate those people.
@@RebeccaOre I went into a Wallyworld one day shortly after I had a heel-spur removed---2" long, 1" wide, 1/4" thick--- that included bisection of the Achilles tendon to remove it. I was wearing a post-op boot, and really needed a shop-n-go to get around the store. Obviously, my wife didn't park in a handicap spot because it was a temporary thing, so no placard. Getting a scooter was hard/impossible that day, as the local thugs decided to do laps around the store with them, and management at that particular store is about as brave as a snowball at a barbecue. I even told a manager how I'd seen these clowns literally RUN into the store from the parking lot and grab 2 of the scooters that were on the chargers, and the response I got was "Sorry, but there's nothing we can do at this point. You'll just have to wait for one to become available". Yup, some jerks with no disabilities, a big young dude of color and his friend, got away with bullying the 50+ white guy with a post-op boot because the manager was a chicken-shit wuss. I should have called corporate, but they're usually useless too.
You need to learn the difference between Argument, Logos: describing a genuine opinion. And sophistry. Phonos: Making reasonable-sounding mouth noises to make people go away.
Doctors need to crack down on who they give plates to as well, though a lot of folks here don’t seem to realize the disabled person needs to be with you.
Story 1: The fact that they arent asking to see Veteran cards from people demanding this discount tells me that the Uncle is getting scammed by more people than he thinks he is.
@@tree1383 Veteran ID cards exist. Often referred to as VIC. It's a legal form of ID. Don't be an idiot making stuff up when you obviously don't know what you're talking about.
@@tree1383 there are cards you can get from the VA that you can use. Also, retired ID cards, and most states have it where you can have "veteran" on your driver's license/state ID. Which requires submitting your DD 214
@@tree1383 You can get military ID cards. My friend had one just for being the kid of military parents moving around. Best part about that I.d. was the date of birth is on the back so the liqueur store would just see the picture with official military looking front and approve us without checking the back >.>
@@tree1383 That depends on what country you live in. In the United States, there are several acceptable forms of Veteran ID. I carry two of them, daily.
She's almost certainly been telling people they are genetically hers and OP was a surrogate, backing it up by attending the genetics counseling meeting. OP should stay far, far, far away.
I know it might be fucked up to some people, but imagine if she just aborted the children or put them up for adoption instead of keeping them and they couple flipped their shit
Story 3: I get that fertility issues sucks, but seriously? Looks like Kim got so obsessed with the idea of getting one of OP's kids that she slowly went insane and committed a serious misdemeanor (child endangerment lands you in prison)
She’s need a psychiatric evaluation. She’s in no shape or of sound mind to be around babies or children (to destroy property where they are playing or learning)
Fertility issues suck especially if you know that person deserves to have a child... But the woman on 3rd story?? Nah, pass... She is driven mad by her insecurities and went nuts!! ..
10:43 - I'm sorry Kim's infertility has caused her to go over the edge, but the plain truth is, she's nuts and the people who are on her side in this mess are enablers at the very least! I'd be a little afraid for the babies if they are ever with her without close supervision. Not just because she might ty to kidnap one-or-both of them, but also because I wouldn't put it past this woman to eventually take an "If I can't have them, nobody can!" mindset, and then God knows what might happen!
Kim’s not even in any way related to these babies. She could have always tried adopting. She wouldn’t even had needed Joe to do so. A single person can adopt. Unless she was already told “No” usually for very good reasons. She sounds obsessive and possessive of Joe and his seed. 🚩🚩
The heterosexual imperative is real. You are not a valid heterosexual in some people's eyes unless you've reproduced and dare you say you don't want kids! I've had people who have known me for 15 minutes get so frustrated and angry that I don't want kids that they yell, yes yell "You'd make a great father, you're just being selfish!"
@@wfcoaker1398 Not surprising. When I was much younger, I had people throw the same "You're just being selfish" when I said I decided I wasn't going to marry ..... ever. I was being selfish because "Oh, but you would make such a good wife". NOPE! No thank you.
As a veteran, 50% is insane and I think they should limit to just no more than 20%, with restrictions like OP suggested. Unless asked if I am a veteran, I don't ask for a discount. People seem to forget what "Selfless Service" is.
Where I live veterans get 10% to 20% off everywhere they go, an instant 10% pay increase on all civilian jobs, and other access to free and discounted services and things. Older vets are usually respectful and helpful. They appreciate the discounts and often say thank you and try to help out. Younger ones are often absolute clicks. Especially the wives and moms of them. Oof.
I'm also a vet, and other than the 10% I get at Lowes, it's rare to see any veterans discounts where I live, so I fully agree that 50% is extremely generous. What they should do, if they haven't already, is add a prominently posted sign indicating in plain english that the discount is for the vet, or perhaps the vet & spouse only. No exceptions.
Let's face it, she's not the "other mother". But I fear she could do something drastic, if she's making out that SHE'S pregnant and having all these parties, I fear it could really get to her head and she'd kidnap them.
Had someone flash their military ID and demand the service we provide at my work for free. He had a whole tantrum. He only stopped when I threatened to report him to his higher ups for harassing and verbally abusing civilians.
Story 3: Did Kim understand that OP didn't have any control over whether she had a boy and girl, two boys, or two girls? Guess not since she was generally crazy anyway. Story 4: Why bother switching? Crying babies can be heard ALL OVER THE PLANE.
Story 2: I was riding in my mom’s car in my late teens (F). She was disabled, had the placard and had a very hard time walking. Some idiot was parked in the only ONE disabled spot, in his HUGE truck, with his motor running. She only had the guts to drive by him slowly but not to let me out of the car (think rabid, slavering, animal at that point). So the only spot that was open was on the other side of the parking lot (of course!). We walked very slowly up to the door of the store and Idiot was still there! Yaaaaaaay! I bolted away from mom and banged on his window. Big guy in the big truck rolled down his window with a snotty look on his face. All of my young outrage against the abusers of disabled/elderly and the fact that he was blocking this spot came screaming out of me in outrage. He asked why she didn’t just ask him to move. My head almost exploded. I yelled, “She can’t, she’s disabled you moron!”. He DID look very sheepish then and couldn’t meet my angry, scrawny teenaged girl’s, justifiable wrath. He kept looking away, saying nothing. More people need to learn that STOPPING and keeping their engines going is no different than parking in a disabled spot.
@@dinarusso3320 I love it when I see 2 healthy young people get out of a car they have parked in a handicap space, albeit with a hang tag dangling from the rear view mirror, and fairly sprint across the parking lot and go into the store. Last time this happened, I caught up with them in the store and told them that they better move their car because I have already reported it to the police. They started giving me a lot of lip about how it's their mother's car and they were shopping for groceries for her ...... so I simply reminded them that the tag is issue to the handicapped person and legally is only to be utilized when the handicapped person is being transported ..... in their car or someone else's car. And, just as when a handicapped person's vehicle has handicap license tags, that vehicle legally can only be parked in a handicap space when the handicapped person is being transported. With that being said, one of them bolted out of the store and moved the car ..... I am sure it was because I said I reported the car in the space (like how was the cop supposed to know what I said was true ..... but it got the car moved. tee hee) My mom got to the point that she no longer drove her self, and before she needed a wheel chair she was qualified by the state to tags for her car and a hang tag to be used when in my car. But, until she needed the wheel chair she would usually tell me to leave the handicap space "for someone who is in worse shape than me". But, when it became wheelchair time, all bets were off. We used those spaces regularly.
I have a disability; I "look" perfectly normal. One night I had to leave my car in the Walmart parking lot and take an Uber home. I was in tears. I thought I could make it back to my car since there were no open slots; I couldn't.
The girl that was having twins should tell the "father", who was apparently excited about the pregnancy that if EVER wants to be a part of his kids lives he needs to tell the wife/GF to back the hell off and explain they aren't here kids and never will be. I am sorry she has fertility issues but this will only get worse if she isn't told to back off. I went through some thing similar when my daughter was born so I do get it.
This isn't just Kim excited to have Joe's twins around now though, this is "I'm gonna unalive you and cut the twins out of your belly and raise them myself" level delusional. OP needs to get a restraining order on Kim ASAP, and, if possible, get them for Kim's family and friends too, but definitely her mum. For Kim's mum to demand OP give Kim one of her twins? Like, WTAF you psychos??? I would NOT let this woman anywhere NEAR me or my babies with the behaviours she's exhibiting. This is NOT NORMAL, and if I was OP, I would be terrified. OP is vulnerable as it is, being single and pregnant with twins, and the ex bf trying to push for Kim to be included at scans etc is wrong. The fact she's posting on SM that she's "having twins the non traditional way" and throwing gender reveal and baby shower parties is proof positive that Kim is blatantly mentally unstable. Throw in continuously texting OP about her eating and sleeping habits, and what the babies will be fed? And being called Mama?? Kim is off-the-scale crazy right now, and quite possibly dangerous. I hope that all this is sufficient enough proof that OP AND her babies are NOT safe with this women being around. If I was OP, I would move, far far away, change all my contact info and cut the ex and Krazy Kim out of my and my babies lives for good! This is serious, and really scary, and I hope OP is taking the necessary steps to protect herself. Honestly, my heart is in my throat right now, I'm that afraid for OP and her babies, and I don't even know these people!! No matter which way you look at this, this is all just absolutely terrifying.
Yes she’s going about it the wrong way she could be a mom as a stepmom and love the beautiful children and them love her back ,to be angry and jealous of gods gifts is really sad then she should keep walking if she can’t change her heart
I feel bad for Joe. Got to be rough being excited about kids that don’t belong to your partner, and at the same time he’s now got an RO against him because his girlfriend is crazy.
Yes, that is so true. "Never mess with a dragon, for humans are crunchy and take good with ketchup." Not my creation, but I forgot where I heard it from. Unless it's an emergency of course. I'm a fairly heavy sleeper, but even I can wake up if something is wrong. I would have had some choice words or a backhand for her. If you want to wake somebody, just politely speak to them or at the most give them a quick, but gentle tap.
My grandma, who qualifies for disabled parking, very rarely parks in disabled parking. I don’t know if it’s a ‘kindness to the worse off’ kind of thing or a ‘stubborn old person’ kind of thing, but that’s just how she’s been most of my life. People who don’t qualify for disabled parking using those spaces just because they’re empty deserve to be upcharged 400%, at the least, for all of their shopping(and punched hard in the nose).
I sometimes drive people around who are disabled. One insists I park in the handicapped and put up her placard.... which I totally prefer not to do. I don't mind taking her stuff back to the car and driving over to pick her up, but no. She says she might get tired and go to the car before me. Fine... people are such a holes to me when I park there. Guh....
My mom is disabled and if there is a spot close to the handicap spots she'll park there especially if she isn't going in with me because someone who is more disable than her might need it more
@@toysruskid5074 as far as I know of, this is perfectly fine though, as long as they're with you and have their placard. You're providing a service, and the placard applies to the person, not the vehicle. My mum was able to do this when she'd help my Gramma with errands after she got her hip replacement.
The "I don't see any disabled people around so I can use the space" only works for the disabled stalls in public restrooms. If there is nobody who needs to use it, it becomes a regular stall but as soon as a disabled person comes in, they immediately are next in line for it. Common courtesy meets common sense.
I use a cane. Once when the disabled stall was the only one open, I used it only to have some woman with a small kid pound on the door saying I had to leave "right now" because she could see I didn't have a wheelchair. I said something along the lines of "hold your horses, I'm almost done" and she got louder and ruder. When I did leave I made a big show of leaning on my cane while she hustled her kid in the stall with her. I was really irritated with her, but felt sorry for her kid.
@@unreasonable-man.bsky.social I'm guessing you're a guy. That probably sounded worse than intended. I say that because, lines at men's restrooms are few and far between. The only time I've seen a line at the men's is in a very crowded place or event venue. Women's on the other hand, almost always have a line. Doesn't matter what city you live in, if it's a busy place, the women's restroom is almost guaranteed to have a line.
Story 3- I am only at the beginning, and the fact that Kim thinks OP can just CHOOSE the sex of the kids... It's a blessing in disguise she can't have kids!!
Its crazy because from the way the OP explains everything....Joe knew that she wasnt taking any hormonal birth control due to her body not doing well with them and wouldn't have an IUD until later on due to medical conditions. That being said he knew they were only using condoms as a preventative measure. Its very possible that he tried to get her pregnant on purpose so him and his ex could have children "of their own". Now keep in mind that he knew his ex, Kim, was infertile before he dated OP and then proceeded the events the OP described. I wouldn't put it past him as he sided with Kim on everything and is enabling this dangerous behavior. Now it sounds crazy cause why would a man ever do that? But women have done the same thing to men to "trap" them. They'll purposely try to get pregnant so their significant other has to some how always be involved in her life. It sounds sick, but if you love someone who cant naturally have children and you dont have a lot of money....this would be something I see happening.
In story 5, you missed that the mother first said that "This is [her] friend's house", then follows it up by saying said that "It's not your house, it's your dad's. I've see him." So she admitted that she knew it was no longer owned by her "friend" even if she ever did know the previous owner.
As I understand the Law (Note: I am NOT a Lawyer), when OP left the State, the Protection Orders didn't follow her BUT Kim and Joe were both STILL IN THE STATE THAT ISSUED THE PROTECTION ORDERS WHEN THEY BOTH RESUMED CONTACTING AND HARASSING OP, therefore, as I understand it, they were still under the Protection Order since they were still in the State of Issue when they broke it, OP should have called Kim and Joe's Local Police and reported them for contacting OP in violation of the PO...
My grandfather had a serious mental disorder that made him eligible for a placard, so my grandmother got one. When he passed away, my grandmother turned it in. Person at the desk was like, "Most folks don't turn these back in." Fast forward 15+ years, and grandma has bad knees/hips, and needs one herself. Then there's me. Technically, I am disabled (high-functioning Autism), and could get a placard, but since I can still walk, I don't feel the need to get one.
I will soon need a new placard. It will be my fourth one. The last time it needed renewed, my VA doctor refused to sign the paper, stating, "We want to keep you on your feet as long as possible. I had to file a written complaint against her. OI have a ad knee, I need a can to keep from falling at at tat time I had a dozen open wounds on my legs. The more walking that I did, the larger they got. She had also refused to refer me to wound care, "They might get better on their own! Yeah, they might all suddenly heal after eight years?
@@michaelterrell I ain't even going to ask what happened - but if you need an aid in order to walk, you should qualify for a placard. My little brother - a physical therapist by the way - actually cringed whenever he saw my grandmother walk without an aid, as he could see that she wasn't walking all that good (late 70's). It took some convincing just to get her to start using a cane. Heck, she refuses to use a wheelchair to get around amusement parks and even when she does agree to use one, she'll pay $6 to rent the normal wheelchair instead of $10 for the motorized one. To be fair, stubbornness runs in the family.

I know the "give someone an inch, and they take away a mile". It’s one of the most irritating parts of my life. Like, I get super protective of my free time, because I know that if people get wind of my free time, they will eat it all up, and I will be very grumpy about it, since I have a difficult time saying no, unless it’s something that I clearly don’t want to do. For example, I am now never going to work in retail, because it sucks. If someone wants me to work in retail, I will shut down the idea, right then and there.
I am disabled and have the legit placard. I've encountered people ragging at me for the following: 1. People using it as a walkway and telling me, "It's disabled you can't park here" until they see the placard and then they shut up. 2. A woman who had disabled plates on her car (I used the placard so I can transfer it to vehicles of friends/family I may ride with), telling me she was more entitled than me because she had the license plate. At least she was disabled LOL. 3. A pregnant woman parking a huge jeep in the line painted space between 2 disabled spaces, her driver's door up against the parking space line. This areas is used for ppl with wheelchairs to enter/leave their vehicles and is no parking, period. I went and parked in the disabled spot on her left, the side mirror on the right of my pickup about 1 inch from her car. Then I went into the store, leaning on my walker, just as she exited. She was sooooooo pregnant she had to climb in the passenger side of her monster SUV and crawl over the shifts and center drive train. Served her right.

Back when I worked retail, we had two handicap spots up at the front of the building. Our handicap spots had painted Stripes in between the two parking spots about the size of another parking spot. The point of this is so that people in wheelchairs can get in and out. We had a lady park on it, saying that it wasn't marked or designated handicapped. She went shopping for an hour and didn't even apologize to the poor man who had to wait for her to be done before he could get in his car to leave. We did call the authorities, but nobody showed up in time.
If I understand correctly. OP became pregnant BEFORE Joe dated Kim. And that he found out AFTER he broke up with OP. (OP and Joe did not have sex after they broke up, right?)
If I were OP I would make sure they can never find me and leave the father blank on the birth certificate so he has no rights to the babies even if they did.
I a retired small town Policewoman. I had 2 issues that REALLLLLY bugged me, drunk (alcohol or drugs) drivers & people parking in handicapped parking spots. After a few months Brookshires grocery store manager called my Chief. When I was called into his office my heart quit beating. I thought I was in trouble all ready. The Chief told me the manager was SO HAPPY to see an Officer writing citations for those spots. There were only 2 spaces & many people felt like they had the right to park there,NOT. Not to long after the chief called me into his office the City Judge did the same. She asked me about all the citations I had been writing on the handicap spaces. I watched all the spaces in town. & because I was writing citations for illegally parking there more older renewed their placards because there was an Officer fighting for them. City Judge laughed at me & said well the illegal parkers dont like it. Several wanted to take it to city court to have the citation dismissed. City Judge Barbara: "Are you aware it was a handicapped space?Driver:" yes I knew it was" Judge: "Than why would you illegally park there" Driver:" Well I have been parking in those spaces for years & I haven't ever gotten any tickets in the past" Judge:" so why do you believe the ticket should be dismissed" Driver:" BECAUSE I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN ANY TICKETS FOR PARKING THERE BEFORE. SO IT SHOULD BE DISMISSED. Judge:" So just because you have never been CAUGHT illegally parking your car in a handicapped space you shouldn't get a ticket when you are caught? Driver:" Welllll yeah, I guess" "But not one of the other Officers write tickets for it." Judge: " Welp, it looks like we now have an Officer who IS WRITING citations for illegally parking your car in a reserved space." Driver:"So what are you going to do about it?" Judge: "Me nothing, you on the other hand have a citation you are going to have to pay. If you refuse to pay this citation off by this new due date a warrant will be issued for your arrest. And not only will she have given you a citation but she will be writing the book in report of your arrest. " Most people paid their citations that day.
10:23 Joe _technically_ doesn't have any claim or custody of the kids even after they're born. If OP really wanted to spite them, all she has to do is omit him from the birth certificate, which wouldn't be hard provided she doesn't tell him when she goes into labour. Yeah, he could try to take her to court, but without his name on the bc, there's no inherent right to the kids. The process would be tedious, because a DNA test would be required, and she could also use the calls and social media posts to bolster her case that she feared for the children's well being and possibilty of them being kidnapped. OP is being downright saintly, compared to what she _could_ choose to do.
@@skippiijoy21 Oh yeah 100%. I had typed the comment before the 2 updates, and those orders of protection, and fleeing the state would make his life hell if he tried to take it to court. She needs to just put "unknown" for the father on that birth certificate. I only know any of this because my mother went through a similar, but opposite situation with my younger brother. My absentee father (who she had begun divorce proceedings with nearly a year before, but had a tryst in between because she wanted another kid with the same father and he was refusing to sign the papers) had a girlfriend who convinced him my brother probably wasn't even his about a month before his birth. So, he wasn't there when he was born, but mum put his name on the bc anyway (against her better judgement) and as a result, had to deal with my father's bullshit when he finally dumped that chick and came to his senses. In fact, it's a tactic some shitty women use to try and get child support out of men who aren't the father, and when people don't have the money to fight it in court, it works because it's a legally binding document. There's no law requiring her to put his name on it though, only laws obligating responsibility if she does.
@@skippiijoy21 thanks, she's a tough lady though and had some choice words for my father when he made the allegation, then proceeded to ban him from seeing my brother (partly why he wasn't at the birth) until he was about 2yrs old. I hope everything worked out for OP and that someone gave her this information so she and the kiddo don't every have to worry about his crazy ass or crazy women he chooses to be with.
Well, every nation (besides the US) has ratified the UN convention on the Rights of the Child, so technically this is customary international law (it is not required that every country agrees on it, just that the vast majority does, and 191 out of 192 is as close to a vast majority as you can get) and Article 9 and 10 of it does give Joe a claim to the twins, as well the twins a claim to Joe.
@@FriedrichHerschel except that this happened in the US, where, without extensive legal intervention, an absentee father (whether from separation/divorce or never married in the first place) and not residing in the same household, does not have an inherent right to the child. The father can potentially sue the mother, which is a long legal process requiring a DNA test and additional factors, but it's long, tedious, and expensive, and not always 100% effective in the father getting parental rights. Putting that father as "unknown/NA/or leaving it blank (accepted methods vary) gives the mother sole custody. OP is in the US, making the UN regulations you cited n/a, for better or worse.
@@Amarianee I know that it is inside the USA, but as I said: technically that doesn't matter. Of course, in practice the USA does not care when they themself violate human rights, and the rest of the planet just sits idly by.
In my area, the fine for using a disabled space without DISPLAYING a permit is $2500. - so even if you have a blue badge, you’ll still get stung if you forget to put it in the window. I’m more than happy to grass folk up for illegally using a space as my wife is disabled and has mobility issues. Like the woman who parked in a disabled space and humped a huge basket of washing to the laundrette. I shouted to her* as she walked across the car park that she’s forgotten to put her blue badge in the window, and was risking a huge fine. I was told to “fuck off and mind my own business, as she’d only be a minute.” She was mad as a cut snake when she came back and saw me taking photos of her car rego, -and her as she stood screaming I had to delete the photos- which I sent to the local council, with all the details. She’d have been better off buying a washing machine. * not all disabled people need wheelchairs or have a limb missing, so I always say to people they have forgotten to put their permit in the window, -it happens, I’m guilty of it myself -, and I never accuse folk of misusing a space, until I get a reply like fuck off, or I’ll only be a minute, or we’ll no ones using it just now! I’ll point out the sign with the $2500 fine on it, and if they ignore that, we’ll hell mend them, I’m grassing them-up to the council.
I am disabled, I have an autonomic nervous system disorder and I get lots of pain, but it's really the tachycardia, hypotension, shortness of breath and syncope that are the worrisome parts. However, I am unable to get a disabled parking permit, because the rules regarding who can get one are SUPER stringent.
Oops! Didn't mean to post half a thought. Even though walking a farther distance can be troublesome, I will not be one of those people who park in an accessibility spot without a placard.
My mom accidentally forgot her placard and got an 800 dollar ticket but when she called because the ticket wasn’t in the system yet she stated forgetting the placard so they told her to send the proof of placard picture of placard and 25 dollar check. She did it and was relieved. I personally got close twice because of forgetting it but no one ticketed me. Mom actually didn’t learn her lesson because I had to remind her twice
1st story - With all the stolen valor jerks around it may be a good idea to ask for some proof of service. I keep proof on me at all times, the VA ID should work as most vets have one.
As a paramedic over the past 41 years, I have seen places offer the occasional 10-50% discount to us first responders. I never ask, and I never expect one. I think of it as a *gift* and am very grateful when it is extended to me.
Second story: Here in Poland there are signs at disabled spots that say 'you took my spot, take my disability'. It's creepy and does a good job of making people not park there if they're not disabled.
So many people rudely demand discounts. If someone in my small town gives me a local discount, I always say thank you and that I really appreciate their kindness. Fewer demands needed and more thanks.

@@ginamacdougall9012 true enough. People who want to adopt are thoroughly investigated by the adoption agency and their mental status as well. No one wants to adopt out an innocent child to someone who could be a danger to the child's life. Are mistakes made? Of course there are, but visible and publicly crazy is going to get caught and denied the right to adopt
In the twin story, poor OP has no clue that she was the one set up! How convenient the dude and gf broke up for 3 months! Glad she did the old 23 skidoo! Stay safe peeps don't disclose location, stop further contact, and lub dem babes! Best of luck!
Makes me think that he knew she'd end up getting pregnant and did it for his now gf so she would have kids to take care of. Probably said something to her too about it
The first story: OP's dad needs to have a disclaimer or an adjustment to that sign that says the discount only goes for the veteran's meal and not the entire order
My dad’s a Veteran. He does wear his ballcap with his branch of service, but he forgets which one has on, typically and gets embarrassed at times when he’s offered the military discount.
And I'll bet that most of the time when someone attempts the "previous owner let me use it", that they are actually lying, was never friends with the previous owner and is well aware that a new person owns the place and they are trying to bullshit their ways in.
Don't compare that Karen to Baba Yaga. Baba Yaga likes to punish the rude, which is exactly what that Karen was. And trust me, you DON'T want one of Baba Yaga's punishments.
The first story reminded me of when my Dad was still alive. He had alot of bad back pain. He was in his seventies and needed to stop in to the pharmacy at Walmart. So I pick him up and he grabbed his handicap placard, I dropped him at the entrance and went to find an empty spot. I watched a woman pull into a handicap spot, and park. No placard, no tag on the plate, nothing. I didn't say anything, because I was more worried about finding a spot and getting caught up with my dad. He's stubborn and will walk all the way thru the store before I catch him. He's not exactly stable on his feet because of age (old as dirt. His words) and medical issues (the back). Now I'm an asshole. Naturally born, fully aged and absolutely 100% take after my Dad. I parked right behind the woman's car. Get out and lock the doors. Go in and head to the pharmacy with my Dad. Right as we are going thru the motions of paying for the script, I hear a call over the store paging system, asking that the owner of (my truck), please come to the service desk. I grin and Dad gives me the eye. He knows me and knows that's my truck. Lol. We make our way to the service counter, to meet of course a very hostile woman, and two obviously exasperated police officers. I ask what's going on, and the officers ask about my parking . I opened my mouth to explain, and my Dad spoke up, explaining that he served his country, and then his city in the public waterworks ( plumber he was very proud of this. He didn't graduate High school until he went back in his late 30s) for twenty-five years. His back hurts, and he isn't going to walk all that way. If she hadn't parked in the spot reserved for people like him, he wouldn't have parked behind her. My Dad was pretty non filter by this time. The Officers knew him, (small town life), and asked if he was done shopping. He said we were just on our way out. They asked if he was driving, he said no, he has his chauffeur today (me, his license was revoked due to eyesight). The lady just stood there kind of shocked. We get alot of tourists in our area, snowbirds, fall color stuff. So we're used to people not appreciating the fact we don't tend to call the police unless someone's dying. Really, people here tend to understand if you for example : sleep with Bob's wife? It's not a shock that Bob punches you in the face the next time he sees you. Call the police? And seriously nobody's gonna deal with you anymore. It's a take your lumps kind of town. Not saying the law enforcement is lazy. Someone messes up and it warrants it you call. They come, and do their jobs. We just tend to not call, unless it's important. It's a small, small town. Farmers, and such. Population maybe 3000, that's just my town. The summer folk are a bit more wound up. Lol. The lady watched us stroll out the door, and Dad yelled back, we're leaving, and that after that scene, she'd better hurry her ass up. (His words) Remember 75, and zero filter. She actually followed behind us. My Dad looked at her and told her to have a good vacation. I helped him into the truck, he hollered at me to quit ambling and let's go. So we went. My Dad was a sweet man really. One of the best kinds of people. I've seen him bottle feed puppy's, change tires for ladies on the side of the road in Michigan winters, and he never once expected anything from anyone, that he wasn't willing to give himself. He detested what he called a holier than thou attitude, and had a way of saying eff you and have you come out feeling like you won. I miss him. Everyday. And no I don't think she got a ticket. We left, she left. The Officers left. It was done.
@@melgmomma6700 Perhaps where you are. I work at the local Lowe’s, where we have a 10% military discount every day, and it’s fairly regular that a customer will mention that they come to our store because the Home Depot down the road only gives a military discount on Memorial Day and Veterans Day. To be fair, I haven’t gone over to the HD to confirm that store’s policy, so this is hearsay. I know, in the past, our Lowe’s had a similar limitation (that the cashiers would often ignore) but switched to a permanent discount 5 or more years back. I just wish the military discount would stack with the discount for using a Lowe’s card, but that’s way above my pay grade.
Story 2: My mom is disabled and can't drive. I LOOOVE having her in the car because she has the pass for parking and will gladly park there. One woman tried yelling at me for parking there when I got out of the car, took a walker out, and helped my disabled mother out. I told her to shut her mouth, and it was none of her business who parked there as long as there is a pass to park there. Her kid was embarrassed, and I went to shop with my mom. Although I hate it when she isn't in the car because I have to use a generic parking spot and take a cold Canadian winter walk from the parking lot to the store...
I worked retail for years. I had a customer try to get a 50% discount--he’d been good natured ornery the whole time. Seriously, it was hilarious & all in good fun. His wife kept telling him he’d make me cry. I just looked at her, winked & told her it was ok, several family members were like that & it didn’t bother me. BUT if he kept it up I’d charge him 300% sales tax. They both started laughing & had me wait on them every time they came in after that.
I have RA & need forearm crutches to walk. I am currently waiting for my Disabled placard - I put it off for the last 2.5 years because I’m stubborn. It doesn’t matter how much trouble walking I’m having that day or how much pain I’m in, I will never park in a handicap spot until I have the plate. It’s just wrong & I know there are people who are worse off than me that may need that spot. When I get the placard I still won’t park in a handicap spot unless I absolutely need it that day or can’t find a reasonable space close enough that I can use instead.
I'm a combat veteran and I absolutely HATE it when people seek out and ABUSE veteran's discounts. Most of the veterans I know hate it too and we try to call it out when we see abuse.
That, along with the idiots who state, "You Veterans are nothing special! What the hell did you ever do?" I read one woman the riot act in a Drill Sargent voice in a parking lot, with about 150 people cheering me on, clapping and giving shrill whistles!. It embarresed the crap out of the other three people with her, until the man told her to shut up and get back into their car.
About the story with the trampoline. That's the kind of entitled person that would use something without asking, then sue if their child got hurt because they weren't told it wasn't safe. The OP dodged a lawsuit.
Easy countersuit--- fence implies STAY OUT, PRIVATE PROPERTY. The homeowner didn't know the EM or the kid, and apparently the previous owner avoided telling her that she was moving away from there. Gee, I wonder why.........................................................
I’m disabled I have MS and asthma neither are visible disabilities. I hate when others use the handicapped spots. If they truly want the placard of they can have my ms and and asthma too, as it’s only fair.
Story 5 made me chuckle, the EM called OP's dogs monsters and the latter wanted to let them into the yard, causing the EM to run off with her child in her arms. *giggles*
That just proves that the EM was just full of hot air, good thing she didn't decide to call the Police or she'd really be in trouble for attempting to lie.
I sometimes park in one of the empty farther parking spots because I feel bad for taking closer spots when I am fully capable of walking the whole parking lot.
To be fair, in most countries, this would work. I can see a crazy old woman with connections ruining lives in places the Middle East, India and China. South America. Or America and Europe before the 70's.
I am disabled. When I was trying to go to college I needed a motorized wheelchair, and a van with a ramp that deployed from the side door. I can’t tell you how many times I would want to go see a movie, and not be able to park!! The handicap parking spots with the diagonal lines on the left/right side of the car, are for vans that need the empty spot to deploy their wheelchair! Sorry for the rant…
I was shocked at the first time I got a senior citizen discount without asking for it. I asked the young lady what the senior discount that had flashed across the register and she told me it was my senior discount. I was 50 years old at the time. I told her "The only reason I look this old is because I have two kids her age at home." The whole place broke out laughing. I told her that I was just kidding and tipped her as usual. But, from what I heard, she stopped giving discounts, unless the customer asked for it.
I disagree...in ground trampolines are not stupid. They're freakin awesome and I love them. But yeah, lady has no right to bring her kid over to jump on it. Half these issues would be solved if people pulled their heads put of their asses and just said, "Oh oops...I didn't know the previous person moved. I'm sorry." Why is it so hard for some people to admit they made a mistake? Everybody does it. It's nothing to be ashamed of. Mistakes happen. It looks worse when you make yourself look stupid by arguing over something where you are obviously wrong.
I did find it odd that she added that “stupid” part, made her seem kind of Karen ish but to each there own I guess! My buddy has one because he’s a high level skier and uses it to learn new tricks.
As someone currently pregnant with twins, people get overly weird about them. It can be really sweet but also really annoying. And it's a way harder pregnancy than a singleton so OP doesn't need all the extra stress
The first story:as a veteran myself I appreciate the gesture most businesses offer to us vets even if its just 5%;that being said:it makes me madder than an old wet hen when there are these chucklheads out here trying to game the system and abusing the gesture
I work as a sign guy at a grocery store. You can make signs for whatever is on sale, you'll still get eaten alive by someone's interpretation of the sign/sale lol
I actually had a foster that was in the process of being adopted by a lady that had her for a year. When doing the final background check they found out there was a child endangerment charge in which she and her now ex husband were fighting in front of the children. Nothing physical on her part but she was still charged with child endangerment. They took this child away from her after a year before the paperwork was final. The baby was eventually placed with the adoptive grandparents, and I know that the mother would be keeping the child but she was a fantastic mom. Child endangerment charges are the best thing that could have happened to OP and her children. Crazy lady will never be allowed to be near the children and neither will the father if the father if is involved with this crazy bitch
I love, love, LOVE how the OP with the dangerous in ground trampoline describes the hole beneath it as The Pit Of Despair. GREAT Princess Bride reference!😂😂😂💖💖😘😘👍👍
Story 2: I’ve only ever parked in disabled parking once cause the paint was worn, there was no sign, & I couldn’t tell it was disabled parking. No one should be parking in disabled parking unless they are disabled! (I was caught which is how I found out it was disabled parking but the officer let me go cause it did just look like normal parking)
I once got up one day in Alaska. My room was dark. When I got outside I saw a snow drift against one side of the barracks to the third floor, almost to the roof. They had to tunnel out that side of the building to get into the next
Sumonelse: You haven't lived until you've had a job chipping hard, trampled snow off sidewalks in Yellowknife when it's 40 below. We live on the West Coast now and don't get a lot of snow, but we did get a serious dump this winter.
@@peterdeane4490 Been there, done that. I live in Saskatchewan, Canada where our extreme lows hit -40C with a windchill of -50C. -30C is more common but we're so flat here that the windchill stays pretty constant. With my business I gave generous mil discounts to active duty. More than a few times on the phone, after getting their mil shipping address I asked what they did, etc. , saying I was going to give them my standard military discount. They declined the discount, "Oh, no... I'm not military, I'm a civilian contractor." I really appreciated their honesty.
OPs uncle should change his offer to 50% off 1 meal or item. My granddad was a veteran from the Korean War. He would often turn down veteran discounts from privately owned, and small mom and pop shops. He felt a simple "Thank you for serving" was enough, and he felt it was wrong to take food off the table of thise owners just because he served his country. Now, the big franchised, wealthy companies he had no problem using the dis9with them. Although he was always aggravated that the big rich companies discounts were usually half what the small shops offered.
There's times where I kinda wish the US was like other countries where fines are determined by your salary meaning the super rich actually have to pay when they are jerks that think they are holier than thou
Story 1: Sad commentary on some people that they feel entitled to use disabled parking without an actual disability, then cry about the known and predictable consequences, such as fines. It's like shooting yourself in the foot and then complaining that it hurts, when any sensible person would think "of course it hurts, you moron, you short yourself in the foot."
As an elderly disabled person I’m pretty easy-going. However there was a few times when someone has parked in a disabled spot, jumps out of the car like you’re heading to a dance. If I have time I park crossways right behind them. Somehow my battery must’ve died and I have to wait a while for it to restart…. If the person is apologetic somehow my car is able to start. If the person is a bloomingXXX I wait till they totally throw a tantrum and draw attention to their bad behaviour.
I have a disabled permit and I was parked in it obviously when someone was berating me for doing so. The person was saying that the only reason why I had it was because I was fat. Well right behind me was my neurologist and she while shopping with her family and pregnant herself with her 4th daughter ripped into this Karen's ass like a banshee. She said I'm the one that approved it for him. He's a double stroke survivor that lost more of his own brain than you even ever had. He has had more concussions than on his life than a NFL team roster yet has managed to not only survive but recover to the point he might be going back to work full time. Yes he's disabled in some places but he's still a better person than you'll ever be bless your heart ma'am.
@@haroldbenton979 I can understand that living in America, seeing a worryingly fat person in a mobility scooter, the first thought is "disabled because fat" - but in the rest of the world, the going thought is "fat because disabled" - i.e. putting on weight because disability made it practically impossible for this person to exercise.
@@musicloverme3993 I don't hide my medical history in situations like that. Why tends to take the starch out of people who have preconceived notions on why I'm disabled. So when they see the pacemaker scar in my chest or the scars on my shoulder from the reconstruction that it had to fix it. I literally have enough metal in my right shoulder to setoff a metal detector used for weapons screening. It took 18 screws a 2 inch solid titanium pin and 6 Kevlar and stainless steel braided wires to put my shoulder back together again. The surgeon who did it was the same guy who had been the Chicago area professional sports teams arm surgeon for years. He was the guy who kept Rex Grossman back together. He did it as a favor to his friend who was my late father in law's oncologist. He took one look at my MRIs and said that he had never seen such destruction in a shoulder that was still moving around. Took him 5 hours of work but he fixed it. I have 3 scars all less than 1 inch long on my shoulder. The funniest part is about my seizures is this my last one was about 4 years ago now. My neurologist and I think the concussion from that one destroyed the focal points that were the cause of them. I literally concussed myself cured of epileptic seizures.
The in-ground trampoline story: it's really not a stupid idea. Not maintaining it through half a generation of winters is stupid, but placing a trampoline at ground level doesn't seem like a stupid idea to me.
I would go to the store with a disabled friend (tag and placard. disabled vet). even though he wasnt going in the store, as I would, he would park in the disabled parking spot. on more than one occasion, I would get aggravated and fuss at him to not do that. his response was that he will park there. would tell him to leave it open for somebody else since he wasnt going in. normally, i would pick up what he wanted as well as my items. let me say it is difficult for him to walk and somewhat painful if he hasnt taken his meds or have been out and about for a few hours. fed up with him being inconsiderate, starting making him go in for his own items no matter how much pain he was in
We lived in rural Michigan on a dirt road that was on a county line. Neither county took care of the road. Since we had a tractor with a snow blade, my father always plowed everyone's driveway who lived near us, and plowed the street to the paved one. New neighbors moved in. Dad added them to the list, and the guy called him up complaining that Dad hit the edge of his lawn. Dad apologized. Next snowstorm, nearly a foot, Dad went out and did the road and everyone's driveway...except the new neighbor's. New neighbor called and demanded to know why Dad didn't do his driveway. My Dad replied "I didn't want to mess up your grass". Silence. Apparently the guy asked Dad to do it, and my Dad told him he only does it for neighbors and friends, and he didn't qualify as either. We never did help the man ever...
My brother has a disabled son, and I lectured him on exactly the same thing when he used his son's disability tag to park in a disability spot when his son was not in the car.
Do you want to see and hear a bunch of Karens complaining about parking? Then watch "Parking Wars"! A lot of these people even park in the handicap spaces
My neighbor, who's name I don't know, spent three days! cleaning the jungle that my alley had become. Too the ground. By hand with a machete. He never said a word to me about it. I am widowed and have no one here to do this normally. I bought a beautiful whicker basket and filled it with fruits and veggies and some sweet treats. To say thank you. It would never dawn on me to get mad at him if he never does it again...Some people's children!
A lot more than valor was stolen there. I'm the same age as guys that were in Desert Storm, but I'm really tired of getting junk mail that says I'm eligible for veteran's benefits and special discounts on services. I've called a few of them to tell them I don't belong on their mailing lists --- I'M NOT A VETERAN. I'm a flatfoot with asthma issues, and I was already married with a family when the Sierra Hotel Tango Foxtrot in Baghdad, so I never got called up. I worked 6 1/2 years in security at a nuclear power plant after 9/11, and that's the closest I've ever come to any kind of military service.
I am a 71 year old disabled vet who has to use a cane and sometimes a walker to get around. That story DOES have stolen valor written all over it. Fortunately I do live in the South and they do indeed tend to treat veterans with more care and respect down here than in some areas. I too would have asked for some form of ID to prove his eligibility for a discount. I rarely ask for discounts but am usually offered them (I normally wear a baseball-style cap with my service branch and veteran status on it) I take what is offered but don't go out of my way to save a dollar. The guy in the story sounds greedy. To me it was an honor to serve my country.
It sucks when people try to abuse a discount. My ex-wife's youngest nephew had gotten his first job at a major sandwich shop chain. He was dumb enough to tell his mother about the generous employee discount. Poor guy was fired after a week because my ex, his mom, ex mother-in-law and his adult brothers all showed up at his work and forced him to apply his discount to their orders.
Why couldn't he tell them that he had to get a "manager override" to apply it to that many orders? The manager would then tell them that an employee discount only applies to.....EMPLOYEES. He likely would have kept his job longer than just a week.
There was a laundry katty-corner to my barber. Both opened extremely early. The one handicapped spot was on the corner and the laundry driver loved using it because it was right outside their door. The 1st time we butted heads I got the I'm going to just be a minute (note: I am a legitimately disabled placard holder) he moved when I threatened to call the cops. 2nd time he was parking in the wheelchair ramp zone next to the handicapped spot. Cops came when I called and made him move. 3rd time.. . . I guess he or someone left their truck in the handicapped spot when they went home. That time they got the fine. I forget if it was $250 or $500, it varies around here.
I've seen so many delivery drivers use the dísabled parking because they're "just dropping off a package"... Like how does that give them the right to take a genuinely disabled person's space? Makes my blood boil.
The disabled one pisses me off. I'm disabled, handicapped placard and all. Since I can't drive, my mom drives me everywhere but refuses to park in the disabled parking unless there's nothing else. Even if she has to push my fat ass halfway across the lot, she would rather leave it open for someone who needs it more, since *she's* capable of pushing me. When I was still able to walk some, of course she would park there, but not now that I have to use a wheelchair and can't push myself in it. I love my mom so much.
It's more like Karen didn't realize that OP was shoveling out of the kindness of his heart. He did do it right. The first complaint about the driveway shoveling is the last time OP did driveway shoveling.
I'm thankful that you use your actual voice rather than a text to speech app. It sounds much better than a fake voice that mispronounces every other word. Thank you for taking the time to make your channel worth listening to.
I remember when I flew to Colorado for a few days, a man asked me to swap seats so he could sit with his wife. Because I'm not a jerkbag, I happily accepted. That's the end of that story, lol.
I was on a flight with my then teenaged daughter. She was allocated a seat to the front of the plane whereas I was allocated much further back. She asked if someone near me would swap. A person agreed because they were part of a group who were sitting in the rows where my daughter's seat was. They were ecstatic to end up all sitting together!
I can't believe Kim's mom actually called OP and demanded OP to GIVE HER A BABY. what in the world. 😂😂😂😂😂😂
I need Kim and her mum to drop me the address of where they ordered their AUDACITY from so that I can order some too, because what the actual Fuck?😂😂😂
I think it’s a very good thing that Kim got what she deserved, but I also think she should have been charged with destruction of private property for not only breaking office windows but for also damaging OP’s car 😒
Its crazy
Thank you for having sense. I heard this story on someone else's channel which made me stop watching... He said she was the asshole....

Argument, Logos: describing a genuine opinion.
And sophistry. Phonos: Making reasonable-sounding mouth noises to make people go away.
Doctors need to crack down on who they give plates to as well, though a lot of folks here don’t seem to realize the disabled person needs to be with you.

She's almost certainly been telling people they are genetically hers and OP was a surrogate, backing it up by attending the genetics counseling meeting. OP should stay far, far, far away.
She will also need to let the birthing hospital know what is going on. You can bet they are going to show up and try to kidnap the babies.
Fly to Canada and have the babies there. It's a big country with lots of places to disappear (I'd suggest one of the gulf Islands on the west coast).
Especially if it's on video

Story 3: I get that fertility issues sucks, but seriously? Looks like Kim got so obsessed with the idea of getting one of OP's kids that she slowly went insane and committed a serious misdemeanor (child endangerment lands you in prison)
She’s need a psychiatric evaluation. She’s in no shape or of sound mind to be around babies or children (to destroy property where they are playing or learning)
Fertility issues suck especially if you know that person deserves to have a child...
But the woman on 3rd story?? Nah, pass... She is driven mad by her insecurities and went nuts!! ..
I'd say it's felony attempted kidnapping, not misdemeanor endangerment.
@Bluebirbas yeah, I commented before I had reached the update part
If they continue to harass OP, she should send them a baby doll, either Chucky or Anabelle... though it would be an asshole move
I have fertility issues too but I wouldn't expect a baby from someone else. Kim could also save and pay for IVF to have a baby
Exactly! Kim is close to a Dateline episode.
As a veteran, 50% is insane and I think they should limit to just no more than 20%, with restrictions like OP suggested. Unless asked if I am a veteran, I don't ask for a discount. People seem to forget what "Selfless Service" is.
Thank you for your service
That’s really crazy. I think that OP really needs to be a bit more specific so it only applies to the actual veteran, not his family and in-laws.
I am a veteran and I have never once asked for a discount. I will accept one if offered but I won't ask. I didn't serve to get discounts.
Let's face it, she's not the "other mother". But I fear she could do something drastic, if she's making out that SHE'S pregnant and having all these parties, I fear it could really get to her head and she'd kidnap them.
And murder the mother while kidnapping them. Go no contact with the father since he's allowing this from this person.
Oh I don’t know. Sounds like the Beldam to me
I’m concerned that she’s crazy enough to actually kidnap the op’s kids

That's not how that works, Karen, that's not how any of this works.
You...I like you.
Wooo way to go
I agree with you completely. It's ignorant as hell. I have an family members who are disabled and have a hard time walking. People do it all the time.
I am sure it was because I said I reported the car in the space (like how was the cop supposed to know what I said was true ..... but it got the car moved. tee hee)
My mom got to the point that she no longer drove her self, and before she needed a wheel chair she was qualified by the state to tags for her car and a hang tag to be used when in my car.
I have never been happier to have my ovaries removed than right now because I never want to turn out like a horrible ignoramus of a person.

Guh....
She’s lucky all she got was more fines! In my city if you don’t pay it, they suspend your license and send out a warrant for your arrest!
My mom is disabled and if there is a spot close to the handicap spots she'll park there especially if she isn't going in with me because someone who is more disable than her might need it more

The "I don't see any disabled people around so I can use the space" only works for the disabled stalls in public restrooms. If there is nobody who needs to use it, it becomes a regular stall but as soon as a disabled person comes in, they immediately are next in line for it. Common courtesy meets common sense.
I always feel terrible when the disabled stall is the only one open, and try to get in and out as quickly as humanly possible 😂
@@Amarianee Me too. A couple of times when there was a long line I have seen people look down the line first before going in, just in case.
If there's a line to use public restrooms, it's time to move to a smaller city.
Yeah, someone has not listened in her biology classes.
He said that when he read it, how did he miss it?
As I understand the Law (Note: I am NOT a Lawyer), when OP left the State, the Protection Orders didn't follow her BUT Kim and Joe were both STILL IN THE STATE THAT ISSUED THE PROTECTION ORDERS WHEN THEY BOTH RESUMED CONTACTING AND HARASSING OP, therefore, as I understand it, they were still under the Protection Order since they were still in the State of Issue when they broke it, OP should have called Kim and Joe's Local Police and reported them for contacting OP in violation of the PO...
If I understood the story, OP got PO in her new state also.

Mu
Completely irrelevant
Don't compare that Karen to Baba Yaga. Baba Yaga likes to punish the rude, which is exactly what that Karen was. And trust me, you DON'T want one of Baba Yaga's punishments.
Ha, ha, awesome. John Wick was nicknamed Baba Yaga...lol
That entitled veteran can have 50% off of anything he finishes eating inside the store.
Last story.....The lady watching out the window silently wishing she had kept her mouth shut. LOL
Veteran’s discounts are usually 10%. My DH will buy appliances, tools, etc. from Lowe’s instead of Home Depot.
50% is generous and I am glad this business man offers it to veterans out of respect.
You are funny home depot has a veterans discount 🤣 aswell lmfaooo
@@melgmomma6700 came to say this. 2 of my kids work there and husband is retired military.
Home Depot also gives veteran's a discount too. Not just Lowe's
Story 1: I'm willing to bet the guy wasn't even a veteran...
@@markrahm6900 That's IF the previous owner had given permission at all.
"She won't give me her babies? Commiting several crimes will fix everything."
Someone has been ironing their brain.
To be fair, in most countries, this would work.
I can see a crazy old woman with connections ruining lives in places the Middle East, India and China. South America.
Or America and Europe before the 70's.
‘Ironing their brain’ has to be the most beautiful phrase ever and I’m totally stealing it 😂
I am disabled.
With the disabled parking spot, when I had my blue badge (UK) I used to park behind them, that annoyed them loads too
I was shocked at the first time I got a senior citizen discount without asking for it.
I was completely gray at 20 years old. AARP was trying to get me to join before I was 35.
I guarantee the previous homeowner wasn't that Karen's friend at all- rather, the previous homeowner was probably just a pushover.
Story 2. A handicap parking space is like a toilet, you don't need it all the time, but when you need it, you need it!
Years ago I saw a great bumper sticker on a car with a disabled placard. It said I'll trade my spot your legs any day.
I know that feeling.
"Gimme yo babies!" - a totally sane and balanced person.
I agree. That is why we can't have nice things, because of people trying to take advantage of a nice thing.
I have a parent who's had several surgeries, she's handicapped. My blood is boiling at the 1st post if my mother had no access to a spot.
"A decent amount of snow"...HA! Shovelling snow is an Olympic sport here in Canada.

My Gramps too. He'd do the same.
Those parking fines should double every time, like $400, $800, $1600, $3200, etc.
The twins story had me laughing so hard. I'm a mom of identical twins. Requesting they be boy/girl twins 🤣 glad she moved!
@@haroldbenton979 Maybe you didn't mind? but your neurologist shouldn't have given out medical info on you like that!
Love your battery ploy! Also isn't it just great when someone doing something illegal draws attention to themself.
Do people simply not have manners? "Excuse me, sorry to wake you but would you still like to swap seats with me?"
Is that so hard!?!?!
I would have asked the guy in Story 1 for some kind of ID. Something about him gives me stolen valor vibes.
@@williamstyers4264 Thank you for your service and great attitude!
As someone who has had a back injury, I would have been extremely grateful if someone had shoveled my driveway for me. But Karens? Nope.
Stevo's "I hated them" blinking on the screen made me laugh!
i really really did....maybe
